ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect on acupuncturing after pulse diagnosis to enhance early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer surgery,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncturing after pulse diagnosis, and to provide clinical application for the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal cancer after operation will also provide more ideas and options.MethodsIn this project,60 postoperative patients with gastrointestinal cancer who meet the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the principle of clinical randomized control, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment after the operation, and the experimental group was treated with acupuncturing after pulse diagnosis on the first day after the operation which do once a day for five days.Observation and recording of the recovery time of bowel sounds, the first anal exhaust time, defecation time and gastrointestinal reactions combined with changes in related laboratory indicators, comprehensively evaluate the effect of acupuncturing after pulse diagnosis on the early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer surgery.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, operation method, operation site, length of operation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hemoglobin, and albumin(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline levels of the two groups were equal and comparable. After treatment, the time of first bowel sounds in the experimental group(22.70±6.84),the time of first anal exhaust(41.90±13.20),the time of first defecation in the anus(66.33±17.85),and the days of postoperative hospital stay(7.50±0.26);control group patients the recovery time of bowel sounds(35.46±11.75),the time of first anal exhaust(50.80±12.37),the time of first defecation in the anus(85.80±15.64),and the days of postoperative hospital stay(9.80±0.41),showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distention and gastrointestinal reaction comparison: There were no significant differences in total score on the first day between two groups after operation(before treatment)(P>0.05);on the third day after operation, the scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);on the fifth day after operation, the scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group, but the difference have on statistically significant(P>0.05).All patients in the experimental group had no safety problems and adverse reaction during treatment and observation.ConclusionAcupuncturing after pulse diagnosis therapy can enhance early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer surgery, can also reduce the days of postoperative hospital stay, and can mitigation the symptoms of abdominal distension ausea and vomiting.Which without related complications and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
