Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treating Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis With Acupuncture Manipulation Of Tongbi Kaijie And Regulating Qi

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture manipulation of Tongbi Kaijie and regulating qi in the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis,The aim is to provide a new ideas for traditional acupuncture manipulation to treat cervical spondylosis of the neck.Methods:100 cases of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were selected for treatment at the Acupuncture Department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine From May 2020 to January 2021.According to simple randomization grouping method,they were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The selected acupuncture points of the two groups were 4-6 Cervical Jiaji Points,Tianzhu(BL10),Houxi(SI3),Shenmai(BL62)and Xuanzhong(GB39),The treatment group used acupuncture manipulation of Tongbi Kaijie and regulating qi(Cangguitanxue acupuncture +Sparrow-pecking acupuncture + Fei method)to acupuncture the 4-6 Cervical Jiaji Points,Conventional acupuncture was used for the rest of the acupoints,and All acupoints in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.each treatment lasted for 30 min,1 time every other day,3 times a week,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Record the comparision of values in the following three tables;the Northwick Park neck-pain questionnaire(NPQ)table,Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)table and Cervical spine range of motion,And evaluate the clinical efficacy after treatment.Result:1.There were no cases of shedding during the study process,and 100 cases were actually completed.There were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups bycomparing their gender,duration,age,NPQ,SF-MPQ and Cervical spine range of motion before the treatment.2.After treatment,the NPQ scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);comparison between groups,the NPQ score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)).3.The two groups of patiengts’ PPI,PRI,VAS scores and total SF-MPQ scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced after treatment;comparison between the groups,the PPI,PRI,VAS scores and SF-MPQ total scores of the treatment group after treatment were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparing the motion of the cervical spine forward,backward,left and right lateral flexion,and left and right rotation range of motion,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,8 cases were remarkably effective,33 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92%(46/50).In the control group,1 cases were cured,4 cases were remarkably effective,32 cases were effective,and 13 cases were ineffective.the total effective rate was 74%(37/50),and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture manipulation of Tongbi Kaijie and regulating qi can significantly alleviate the neck pain symptoms of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis,improve the mobility of the cervical spine and the quality of daily life.It has good clinical effects and is worthy of further popularization and application.
