Construction A Follow-up Checklist Of Cancer Patients With Pain At Home

Research Purpose:This study intends to provide standardized and scientific follow-up services for cancer patients by constructing a follow-up list of cancer pain.The aim is to extend the standardized nursing service for cancer pain from inside to outside the hospital,so as to provide continuous nursing service for patients with cancer pain and reduce the expected effect of cancer pain.Research Methods:Based on the theory of Evidence-based and on the basis of comprehensive relevant studies at home and abroad,the follow-up list items of cancer pain patients were preliminarily formulated through the process of quality evaluation and evidence grading.Experts were selected and Delphi experts were consulted by letter on the preliminary follow-up list of cancer pain patients.The results of the letter consultation were summarized and analyzed,so as to complete the construction of the follow-up list of cancer pain patients.Research Results:Through the preliminary search,a total of 5024 articles were obtained.After elimination of repeated screening,preliminary screening and re-screening,37 articles were retained,including 20 randomized controlled trials,6 quasi-experimental research,4 systematic evaluations,and 7clinical guidelines.Through the summary of evidence,a preliminary follow-up list was drawn up,including 5 level Ⅰ items,14 level Ⅱ items and 29 level Ⅲ items.The questionnaire recovery efficiency of the two rounds of expert consultation was 95.45%and 100%,the coefficients of expert authority were 0.85 and 0.90,respectively.The coefficient of variation of the importance of items in the two rounds of correspondence inquiry was between0.09-0.24,and the coefficient of variation of the operability of items was between 0.06-0.23.The coordination coefficient of the expert opinions on the importance of items in the two rounds of correspondence consultation was between 0.20-0.23,and the coordination coefficient of the expert opinions on the operability of items was between 0.12-0.13,both P values were less than 0.001.According to experts suggestions,3 items were adjusted,1 items were deleted,and 2 items were added in the first round.In the second round,2 items were adjusted.A final follow-up checklist,including 5 level Ⅰ items,14 level Ⅱ items and 30 level Ⅲ items,was finally constructed.Research Conclusion:In this study,a follow-up checklist for cancer pain was constructed on the basis of evidence-based approach,with comprehensive contents and clear entries.It can standardize content and process of the follow-up for cancer pain,improve convenient follow-up tools for clinical nursing staff,and improve the quality of follow-up for cancer pain.
