The Influence Of Family Visit And Telephone Follow Up Intervention Mode On COPD—OSAHS Patients Using Family CPAP Treatment

ObjectiveTo construct a family visit and telephone follow-up intervention mode for COPD-OSAHS patients with family CPAP therapy suitable for our country.Practice and evaluate the implementation effect of the model,and verify that the implementation of this model can meet the needs of professional care of COPD—OSAHS discharged patientsMethods1.Consult the relevant domestic and international literature and intervention program guidance guidelines.Through literature review and group discussion,we determined the primary home visit and telephone follow-up intervention model for COPD-OSAHS patients treated with family CPAP.2.Selected 10 nursing experts related to this study,and carried out two rounds of Delphy expert consultation on the original intervention model.The intervention model was modified,and the final intervention model was determined.3.Select 59 cases of COPD-OSAHS patients who were COPD-OSAHS pitalized in respiratory department of our COPD—OSAHS pital from January 2015 to December 2016,and treated with CPAP,divided into 26 cases in experimental group and 33 cases in control group.The experimental group was treated with routine nursing education and telephone visit,and the intervention mode of family visit was adopted.The control group received routine nursing education.Two groups of patients after discharge 6 months later,the two groups of patients with ventilator use,polysomnography and pulmonary function test analysis.4.Using SPSS 18.0 software for statistical analysis,measurement data to + s.T test showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.Family CPAP therapy COPD-OSAHS family visit combined telephone follow-up intervention model includes first level indicators,two indicators.2.After the test group was discharged 6 months later,the ventilator usage,polysomnography and pulmonary function test results were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionThe developed CPAP family visit combined with telephone follow-up intervention model has good application value,and can be used for continuous care of COPD-OSAHS patients after COPD-OSAHS treatment for discharged family CPAP.
