| Objective:Observation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of Tong Feng Qing Xiao Recipe in the treatment of damp heat encapsulated acute gouty arthritis,and observe the effect of Tong Feng Qing Xiao Recipe on the indexes of gouty arthritis related inflammatory factors(The Tumor Necrosis Factor α,IL-1β,and IL-8),to explore the mechanism of Tong Feng Qing Xiao formula in treating gouty arthritis.It is hoped to provide relevant evidence for the extensive clinical promotion and application of Tong Feng Qing Xiao Recipe.Methods: The 60 cases of gouty arthritis that met the inclusion criteria collected in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into a test group of 30 and a control group of 30 according to the principle of randomized control.General treatment: Not only do you need fasting,spicy stimulation and diet control such as seafood and beer,but you also have to take sodium bicarbonate tablets(1g/time,3times/day),the test group was treated with Tong Feng Qing Xiao Decoction(1dose/day,warm after breakfast and dinner),the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets(75mg/time,2times/day).This process was observed for a total of 3 weeks.After 3 weeks,the VAS scores,related inflammation indicators,body mass index,blood uric acid levels,blood lipids,blood glucose,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,use this method to analyze the effectiveness of Tong Feng Qing Xiao Recipe.Results:(1)There were no statistical differences in the general information(sex,age,body mass index),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Visual Analogue Scale scores,and related laboratory indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).(2)the Visual Analogue Scale Score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and serum uric acid levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the the Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and C reactive Protein were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and fasting blood glucose(GLU)indicators of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Tumor Necrosis Factor α,1L-1β,and 1L-8 indicators in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in body mass index(ie BMI)between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.(3)Overall efficacy analysis: The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%,of which 7 were clinically controlled,16 were significantly effective,6 were effective,and 1 was ineffective.The total effective rate in the control group was 90.00%,of which 4 cases were clinically controlled,9 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.According to relevant statistical calculations,P<0.05 was obtained,and the overall therapeutic effect of Tong Feng Qing Xiao Recipe in the test group was better than that in the control group.(4)Safety analysis: Changes in liver function(the Aspartate aminotransferase,the Alanine Transaminase)and renal function(CR,the Blood Urea Nitrogen)before and after treatment in the two groups of patients were not significant,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,which indicates that the two drugs have no significant effect on patients’ liver and kidney function.3 patients in the control group found nausea,abdominal pain,and other gastrointestinal reactions,which resolved on their own within 1 day.The test group did not find any significant discomfort in the patients.Conclusion:(1)“Tong Feng Qing Xiao Decoction” can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors(Tumor Necrosis Factor α,IL-1β and IL-8)in patients with acute gout of damp heat accumulation type.(2)“Tong Feng Qing Xiao Decoction” can reduce the levels of the Blood Urea Nitrogen,the Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and C reactive Protein in patients with acute gout of damp heat accumulation type,and promote the excretion of uric acid.(3)“Tong Feng Qing Xiao Decoction” can reduce blood lipid and blood glucose levels in patients with acute gout with damp heat syndrome(4)“Tong Feng Qing Xiao Decoction”can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and physical signs of patients with acute gout of damp heat accumulation type,and it is safe and worthy of further clinical promotion. |
