The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Xiao Tong Decoction Combined With Etoricoxib Cure The Acute Gouty Arthritis Of Dampness-heat Accumulation Syndrome Type

Objective: This clinical research observe Xiao Tong decoction combined with Etoricoxib cure The Acute Gouty Arthritis of Dampness-heat accumulation syndrome type.To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the change of blood uric acid(BUA),and analyze the effect on erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the C-reactive protein(CRP).Discussion Xiao Tong decoction combined with Etoricoxib treatment effects and possible mechanisms for AGA of Dampness-heat accumulation syndrome type.Methods:60 cases of the AGA of Dampness-heat accumulation syndrome type were selected from The Traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Henan Province(The second affiliated hospital of Henan University of TCM),it adopts the-principle of random are randomly separate into control and test groups,30 cases in each.All the patients are given basic treatment the patients advised eating low-purine diet,drinking more water everyday(≥2000ml),avoiding alcohol and tobacco,etc.The control group was given Etoricoxib(60mg each time,once a day).The test group take Xiao Tong decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.After 7 days.Observed and recorded the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,pain scores and ESR,CRP,BUA of the two groups.To evaluate the difference curative effect between the two groups after treatment.Results:During the observation period,1case was lost in the test group,and 59 cases were completed.Before treatment,Through the recording,statistics and analysis of the basic data,the results showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).1.After treatment,the VAS scores of joint pain in the two groups were decreased.There is no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);2.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups is93.10% and 76.67%.The total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group is better than the control group;3.After treatment,the ESR,CRP and BUA values of the two groups are lower than those before treatment,and the difference is statistically significant among different groups(P<0.05);Intra-group comparison:The difference between the ESR,CRP and the test group BUA have a statistically significant(P<0.05),and the control group BUA there is no significant difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the adverse effects rate in the control group is 20.00% higher than the experimental group 3.45%,and there is a significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group has better results than the control group,even in the joint pain of gout its relief effect is similar,but compared with the two treatment methods,Xiao Tong decoction combined with western medicine is better than the clinical application of western medicine alone in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes,reducing inflammatory indicators(ESR,CRP)and reducing BUA.And the Xiao Tong Decoction combined with Etopoxil is more secure.
