The Survey On The Relation Between Manifestation Of TCM And Feature Of Functional Constipation In Children

Objects:By investigating the clinical cases of children constipation, further understand and discuss the clinical characteristics of children constipation and the correlation of TCM syndrome types, to establish a standard of diagnosis and treatment of the disease, provide the basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM and clinical medication.Methods:By collecting 101 cases of outpatient service and pediatric ward cases clinical data of investigation, and set up the database, and uses the statistical software SPSS17.0 analysis, to study the clinical characteristic of pediatric constipation and the correlation of TCM syndrome, preliminarily established the basic syndrome and clinical mainly based on syndrome differentiation of the disease, in order to establish the disease to provide basis for clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of the specification, and combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, drug analysis, formulate corresponding theory, method, formula and herbs.Results:1. Clinical characteristic: the male to female ratio is 1:1.49, mainly focused on the onset age 3-6 years old preschool children onset starting in winter,the summer season the course in more than one year.2.The syndrome distribution characteristics: excess heat syndrome of intestine accounted for 53.47% of all types, weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome(21.78%), syndrome of intestine dryness due to yin deficiency, and intestinal and qi stagnation syndrome,deficiency of the spleen-yang and the kidney-yang was 13.86%,5.94%,4.95% respectively.Conclusion:Infantile constipation classification of traditional Chinese medicine, excess heat syndrome of intestine,weak intestines and qi stagnation syndrome, weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, syndrome of intestine dryness due to yin deficiency,deficiency of the spleen-yang and the kidney-yang, main syndrome type and there is a close relationship between diet and habits, season, etc.
