| Purpose: This project carried out a clinical study on the treatment of chronic urticaria(disharmony between Ying Wei)with the harmonizing Ying Wei method acupuncture moving cupping combined with western medicine,aiming to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic urticaria,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients.To provide a more effective,safe and acceptable treatment for patients with chronic urticaria(disharmony between Ying Wei).Research methods: From September 2018 to October 2019,80 patients with chronic urticaria who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of dermatology and acupuncture department of hebei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and the 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 39 patients in the control group(with 1 case of fall of),38 patients in the treatment group(with 2 cases of fall of).The control group was given oral avastin capsule 8mg 3 times a day.The treatment group was combined with acupuncture and moving cupping on the basis of the control group.Acupuncture and cupping were performed 3 times a week.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Urticaria activity score(UAS),Visual analogue scale(VAS),Dermatology life quality index(DLQI),immunoglobulin E(Ig E),complement C3 and complement C4 were used as the observation indicators before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups by symptom score reduce index(SSRI).The patients were conducted a telephone return visit two months after the end of the treatment course to analyze and record the recurrence of the two groups,and to compare the long-term efficacy of the two therapies in the treatment of chronic urticaria(disharmony between Ying Wei).Research results:1.Efficacy evaluation: A total of 80 patients were included in this study,including 38 in the treatment group with 2 cases of shedding,and 39 in the control group with 1 case of shedding.Baseline data(age,sex,disease course,UAS,VAS,DLQI,total scores of the symptoms)of patients in the two groups before treatment were all comparable.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.37%,and the markedly effective rate was 65.79%.The total effective rate of the control group was 84.62%,and the markedly effective rate was 41.03%.The total effective rate and the markedly effective rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Symptom score: The UAS,VAS and DLQI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UAS,VAS and DLQI scores after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Total symptom scores: The total symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the difference in the total score of symptoms between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of immunoglobulin E,complement C3 and C4:Intro-group comparion: there was a statistically significant difference in Ig E before and after treatment both of the two groups(P < 0.05),and a statistically significant difference in Ig E between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complement C3 and C4 between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).5.Recurrence of chronic urticaria: In the treatment group,at the end of the treatment,the number of patients who were more visible was 25,and 6cases relapsed after 2 months,with a recurrence rate of 24.00%;In the control group,at the end of the treatment,the number of patients who were more visible was 16,and 13 patients relapsed after 2 months,with a recurrence rate of 81.25%.After statistical treatment,there was a statistical difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Harmonizing Ying Wei method acupuncture moving cupping combined with western medicine and western medicine alone can effectively relieve the symptoms related to disharmony between Ying Wei of chronic urticaria,while harmonizing Ying Wei method acupuncture moving cupping combined with western medicine is better than the treatment with western medicine alone in reducing the severity of attack and itching of fengtuan and improving the quality of life.2.Harmonizing Ying Wei method acupuncture moving cupping combined with western medicine and western medicine alone can improve the levels of Ig E in patients with disharmony between Ying Wei of chronic urticaria,harmonizing Ying Wei method acupuncture moving cupping combined with western medicine improved the levels of Ig E better than western medicine alone.3.Harmonizing Ying Wei method acupuncture moving cupping combined with western medicine has a significant long-term effect,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients with disharmony between Ying Wei of chronic urticaria and improve their quality of life. |
