Professor Zhang Lixiu Summarized The Law Of Medication In Treating Chronic Cough With Soothing Liver And Invigorating Spleen And Harmonizing Yingwei Method

Objective: By collecting and sorting out the outpatient cases of chronic cough treated by Professor Zhang Lixiu with soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen and regulating Yingwei method,the data of clinical cases meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were sorted out,the commonly used prescriptions,addition and subreduction drugs of the tutor for the treatment of the disease were counted,and the academic thoughts and medication rules of the tutor for the clinical treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency,Yingwei disharmony type chronic cough were summarized.Methods: The clinical cases of Professor Zhang Lixiu’s patients with chronic cough with syndrome differentiation of liver depression and spleen deficiency and Yingwei disarray were collected.Firstly,Excel tables were established and Microsoft Excel 2007 software was used to calculate the frequency and frequency of patients’ gender,age,and the frequency and frequency of high-frequency drug flavor normalization.Secondly,high-frequency drugs were converted into quadratic variables.Statistical software SPSS 27 was used for cluster analysis of the tables obtained,the statistical results were analyzed and discussed,and the rules and academic thoughts of the tutor’s clinical prescription medication were summarized.Results: This study is aimed at the cases of chronic cough treated by the method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen in the mentor clinic.Through the establishment of relevant databases,cluster analysis and frequency statistics,statistics were made from the aspects of drug class and sex and flavor normalization of high-frequency drugs,and 9 categories of cluster prescription groups were displayed and analyzed,and the overall drug use characteristics were summarized and analyzed.Conclusion: From the statistical results,the number of female patients is greater than that of male patients.Commonly used prescriptions: bupleurum Guizhi Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,bupleurum Shugan powder,gardenia tempeh soup,Linggui Shu Gan Soup.Drug characteristics: A total of 42 high-frequency drugs were obtained.In terms of drugs,drugs for relieving surface,supplementing deficiency and clearing heat accounted for more.From the perspective of pharmaceutical taste,the most is sweet,xin,bitter drugs;From the point of view of the meridian,it is more lung,spleen,stomach,liver,heart meridian.Key pathogenesis: liver qi stagnation,lung Qi deficiency,Qi qi is not smooth.The treatment is based on Fuzhengdispelling evil,regulating qi machinery,and paying attention to the use of cold and temperature.
