Clinical Observation And Research On Harmonizing Yingwei Method In The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Phlegm Coagulation Syndrome Of Hashimoto Thyroiditis In The Period Of Hypothyroidism

Objective:This study discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis based on the theory of Yingwei,and observed the self-made Yingwei Xiaoyingfang.Combination of Levothyroxine Sodium tablets and Levothyroxine Sodium tablets in the treatment of Hepatic stagnation and phlegm Coagulation in patients with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.The clinical effect of syndromes is expected to be applied to the treatment of Hashimoto’s disease with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:62 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 31)and control group(n = 31).The control group was only given levathyroxine sodium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yingwei Xiaoying decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine,on the basis of oral euthyroidism for three consecutive courses of treatment.The serum thyroid autoantibody titer(TGAb,TPOAb),thyroid hormone level(FT3,FT4,TSH),goiter degree,the dosage of euthyroidism,the total score of TCM syndromes and the effective rate were observed before and after treatment.Application of SPSS 24.0 statistical software to acquired data Statistical analysis was performed to verify whether the clinical efficacy of Yingwei Xiaoying recipe combined with Youjia Le in treating Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with liver depression and phlegm coagulation was better than that of only taking Utreon.Results:1.Analysis of serum thyroid autoantibody titer:the comparison P<0.05 between the two groups before and after treatment,indicating that both groups can reduce the TGAb,TPOAb titer,but the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is P<0.05;It was proved that the therapeutic effect of reducing thyroid autoantibodies in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.Analysis of thyroid hormone level:P<0.01 in two groups before and after treatment,indicating that both groups can reduce TSH,increase FT3,FT4,but the difference between the two groups before and after treatment P<0.05.It is proved that the treatment group has a positive effect on FT3,FT4.The efficacy of TSH is better than that of the control Photo group.3.Analysis of the degree of goiter:the right lobe,Zuo Ye and isthmus anterior and posterior diameter in the treatment group were all P<0.05,which indicated that the treatment group could improve the goiter of the patients.In the control group,P<0.05 in the anterior and posterior isthmus diameter group,but P>0.05 in the left and right lobe anteroposterior diameter group,indicating that the treatment group can only improve the swelling of isthmus,but the improvement effect is less than that in the treatment group.4.Analysis of the dosage of Youjia: before and after treatment,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01)between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating the combination of Ying Wei Xiao Ling Fang and the control group before and after treatment.The dosage of Uropalol decreased during the period of hypothyroidism,but there was no significant change in the control group before and after the dosage.5.Analysis of TCM symptom and sign integral:P<0.01 in treatment group and control group before and after treatment,indicating that both groups can improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,but the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is P<0.01,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group is more significant in improving symptoms.6.The curative effect analysis of TCM syndrome:the effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%,and that of control group was 60.00%.The treatment group could obviously improve the TCM syndrome of patients(P<0.01).Clinical efficacy analysis:treatment group has The effective rate was 83.33% and the effective rate of the control group was 53.33%,which indicated that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.01).Conclusion:According to the results of clinical studies,both groups have certain effects on improving the autoantibody titer,thyroid hormone level,the dosage of euthyroidism,the degree of goitre and the clinical symptoms of the patients.However,the clinical efficacy of Ying Wei Xiao Ying Fang combined with conventional western medicine was significantly better than that of western medicine alone,and safe and non toxic side effects.
