To Explore The Rules Of Treating Miscellaneous Internal Damage Diseases By Harmonizing Yingwei With Jingui Yaolue Based On The Yingwei Theory Of Lingshu Jing

Objective: To explore the origin,the mechanism,the operation,the harmony and the disharmony of Yingwei theory in Lingshu Jing.Based on this,this paper preliminarily explores the mechanism of Guizhi Decoction and other prescriptions in Jin Gui Yaolue,and discusses the application of Yingwei in Jingui Yaolue to treat internal deseases on the basis of inheriting Yingwei theory in Lingshu Jing,the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.Methods: By using the methods of theoretical discussion and literature research,this paper explores the clinical application law through in-depth excavation of the original theme.1.Through examination by hand,we screened out the original texts about Yingwei in Lingshu Jing and Jingui yaolue.This paper classifies and sorts out it,and sums up the essence of harmony and disharmony.2.Through horizontal comparison,perfect the theory of Ying Wei;through vertical comparison,explore the relationship between Ying Wei theory in the two works.3.Define modified Guizhi Decoction related to Ying and Wei,screen other non-modified Guizhi Decoction related to Ying and Wei,analyze and summarize medication rules and therapeutic principles about Ying and Wei.Result:1.The theory of Yingwei in Lingshu Jing(1)Shuigu Jingwei produces "Yingwei".(2)The function of "Ying Wei",Ying Qi generates and move blood,nourishment of the whole body,Wei Qi full and warm body,resist evil,administration Couli opening and closing.(3)The motion of "Ying Wei",closely related to the lung,spleen and stomach,through the function of Zang and Fu,it flows into the main and collateral channels and runs the whole body.(4)The mechanism of "Ying Wei harmony" is related to the function of Sun Luo,five zang organs and Ying Wei.(5)The mechanism of "Ying Wei pathogenesis" is related to the deficiency of Ying Wei,abnormal operation and external evil.2.Regulating Ying Wei in Jingui Yaolue and the rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment of internal deseases and miscellaneous diseases(1)Based on the in-depth study of 12 diseases related to Ying Wei,such as vomiting,Zhongfeng Lijie,xuebi Xulao,Shuiqi,Fuman Hanshan,lung flaccidity and lung carbuncle,this paper explores six pathogenic mechanisms of "Ying Wei disharmony",including "Ying Wei deficiency","Ying Wei disadvantageous","deficiency of Zhengqi,Ying Wei coherence","wind cold disturbing Wei","wind injury Wei,heat injury Ying" and "acid reduce Wei,salt reduce camp”.(2)Through combing Guizhi Decoction,we found that it can warm and tonify the spleen and stomach,produce Ying and decline Wei;Modified Guizhi Decoction like Gualou Guizhi Decoction,Gegen Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Guizhi Jialonggu Muli Decoction,Xiaojianzhong Decoction,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Guizhi Jiagui Decoction,Guizhi Jiahuangqi Decoction,Didang Wutou Guizhi Decoction and other related non-Guizhi Decoction also fit this method.Conclusion1.Yingwei harmony is means that the production of Ying and Wei is sufficient flowing into the main and collateral channels and runs the whole body.The harmonious state achieved by mutual inspiration in the process of operation.2.Lingshu Jing holds that the premise of "Ying Wei disharmony" is the deficiency of Ying Wei,operational obstacles and evil invasion.3.In Jingui Yaolue,Zhang Zhongjing summarized the "disharmony between Ying and Wei" as the deficiency of Ying and Wei or the operation obstacle of Ying and Wei,but combined with the deficiency of Ying and Wei and expanded the aspect of evil invading Ying and Wei,provided a broader idea for clinical etiology and therapeutics.4.In Jingui Yaolue,Guizhi Decoction,modified Guizhi Decoction and non-Guizhi Decoction are all guided by the basic theory of Shengying Jiangwei.On this basis,doctor diagnosis and treatment on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition.
