Research On The Approval Of Drug Administration In Liaoning Province

Administrative examination and approval is an important precautionary measure that modern countries manage in all aspects of social politics,economy and culture.In our country,administrative examination and approval has been increasingly used in many fields of administration and plays an important role in safeguarding and promoting economic and social development and becoming national administrative affairs.Drug plays a very important role in safeguarding our health,for it is closely related to our health or even to our life.This paper will take the theory of service-oriented government as the research platform,and combine the reality of Liaoning provincial drug administrative examination and approval,and adopt the literature research method,interview method,and induction method.To sum up the efforts made by Liaoning province to optimize the process of drug supervision and approval and to strengthen the administration of drug supervision and approval,there are still many problems in the administrative examination and approval of pharmaceuticals due to the uneven economic development in the region and the imperfect setting of government.This article includes six parts,part one is introduction for the purpose and background of the topic selection,the significance of research,literature review,research methods,innovation points.The second part summarizes the research of drug administrative examination and approval,from the concept,organization,principle and function of drug administrative examination and approval to the theory of service-oriented government,so as to prepare the ground for the research of this article.The third part introduces the development process,work measures and effectiveness of drug administrative examination and approval in Liaoning province,and lists the problems existing in drug administrative examination and approval in Liaoning province.The fourth part analyzes the causes of drug administration problems in Liaoning Province.The fifth part,based on the analysis of problems and reasons,gives some propose to establish the correct concept of administrative examination and approval,make clear the items of examination and approval to optimize the examination and approval process,innovate the working mode of administrative examination and approval,clarify the responsibility of administrative examination and approval supervision,and strengthen the construction of examination and approval personnel.The sixth part summarizes the research of this paper.
