Research On The Management Of Patients In X Central Prison Hospital

Central prison hospital is an important part of the prison system.It not only provides medical and epidemic prevention services for prisoners,but also undertakes the responsibility of penalty execution.With the institutionalization,standardization and socialization of criminal punishment,a variety of demands on prisoners are growing quickly,which makes the management of patients in prison hospitals more difficult.In order to reduce the negative impact of the insufficient medical treatment and the terrible law enforcement environment in prison hospitals,this paper studies the shortcomings of the current prison theory,offers suggestions for the theoretical research on the prison hospital’s management of sick prisoners.At the same time,the management problems have become more and more obvious.The policy suggestions on the management of patients have referential value.This paper is based on the grassroots police’s work,summarizes the theoretical research and practical application of sick prisoners’ management in China.Firstly,it combines the general situation of X Central Prison Hospital,the general situation of patients,the management mode and problems of this mode.This research use questionnaire survey,208 questionnaires were distributed online,178 questionnaires were collected,the recovery rate was 85.5%,the number of effective questionnaire was 178,and the effective rate was 100%.By sorting and analyzing the data,it was concluded that the police of the central prison hospital encountered problems.In order to improve hospital’s ability to manage sick prisoners and law enforcement ability.This paper lists following suggestion.Revising and completing the law;reforming the central prison hospital as a prison,and completing the corresponding institutions;increasing the number of police;reforming the training mechanism to improve the police’s management ability and enhance the intention of supervision;establishing effective incentive mechanism to stimulate prison polices,carrying out hospital admission(prison)education;responding to the demands of patients timely,striving to solve reasonable demands;handling illegal behaviors seriously to avoid others imitate it;improving the enthusiasm and initiative of the prisoners to cooperate with the treatment and abide the rules and disciplines during hospitalization.
