Research purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of topical Zhongtong Liniment in the treatment of swelling and pain before calcaneal fractures.Through analysis and comparison of changes in the degree of swelling and pain,ecchymosis,and skin temperature before and after treatment,to explore the clinical efficacy and theoretical science of Zhongtong Liniment It provides more effective methods and new theoretical ideas for the preoperative treatment of calcaneal fractures.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,61 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to January 2021 due to calcaneal fractures were selected.Patients were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the patients were randomly divided into experimental groups and controls In the group,a total of 63 cases were collected,2 cases were dropped out,and 61 cases were actually completed.The control group actually completed 30 cases;the experimental group actually completed 31 cases.Both the experimental group and the control group were treated with Western medicine after admission.All patients completed the relevant examinations after admission,and underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination of the blood vessels of the lower extremities to rule out the venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.According to the results of the examination,the patients began to apply ice and raise the lower extremity mat Elevate the affected limb and apply anti-swelling and anticoagulant drugs.In the experimental group,on the basis of the control group,an in-hospital preparation of swelling pain liniment was applied externally.Apply externally once every 12 h,each time of external application is 2h,total 2 times a day.The age,gender,fracture type,post-injury visit time,time of appearance of fold signs,VAS pain score,ankle-heel-ankle circumference difference,petechiae score and skin temperature were compared between the two groups.Finally,statistical software SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:The experimental group and the control group were not statistically significant in terms of gender,age,fracture classification,and post-injury visit time,and they were comparable.Based on the statistical data before treatment and on the second,fourth,sixth,and eighth day after treatment,the following conclusions were drawn after analysis:(1)Compare the time of the appearance of skin wrinkles in the two groups.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had skin fold signs earlier than the control group,and the data were statistically different(P< 0.05);(2)The pain VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and the results showed that the VAS before treatment There was no statistical difference in the scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score decreased,and the VAS score of the experimental group decreased faster.With the change of time,the trend of pain VAS score of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the experimental group treated After the second,fourth,sixth,and eighth days,the VAS score was lower,and the data comparison was significantly different(P<0.01);(3)The ankle-heel-ankle circumference difference between the two groups of patients was compared,and the two There was no statistically significant difference in the ankle-heel-ankle circumference difference between the groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The ankle-heel-ankle diameter difference of the two groups of patients increased on the second day after treatment,and the ankle-heel-ankle diameter difference began to decrease after 4,6,and 8 days after treatment.There is a significant difference in the trend of pain VAS score(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the ankle-heel-ankle circumference difference of the experimental group on the patients,there was no statistical difference in the ecchymosis scores of the two groups before treatment and on the second day of treatment(P>0.05).The ecchymosis scores of the two groups of patients decreased on the 4th,6th,and 8th day after treatment,and the ecchymosis score of the experimental group decreased faster.With the change of time,the trend of the ecchymosis score of the two groups was significantly different(P <0.01),compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower ecchymosis scores on the 4th,6th,and 8th day after treatment,and the data comparison was significantly
