The Clinical Observation Of Sanhuang Xiaoyin Decoction Combined With Autohemotherapy In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Of Gastrointestinal Damp-heat Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,safety,and relapse of chronic urticaria of the gastrointestinal damp-heat type by combining Sanhuang Xiaoyin Decoction with Autohemotherapy,and to provide a feasible treatment plan for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods: The 60 cases included in this study were from dermatology clinic of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The included 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Sanhuang Xiaoyin decoction combined with Autohemotherapy,and the control group was treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng pills.The basic treatment of both groups was oral azelastine hydrochloride tablets.Every week of treatment,the patients were reviewed and the pruritus,the size of wind masses,the number of wind masses,the duration of wind masses,the frequency of attacks and adverse reactions were observed at the initial diagnosis and after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,respectively,and the changes of symptom score were recorded in time.One month after the treatment,the relapse was observed.The results of treatment group and control group were as follows: as for the total effective rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% and that of the control group was 60.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In terms of safety,no significant adverse reactions were observed during the treatment of the two groups,and the safety of the two groups was higher.As for the relapse rate,it was found that the relapse rate of the treatment group was 7.69 %and that of the control group was 50.00%.The relapse rate of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group treated with Sanhuang Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Autohemotherapy was superior to the control group treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills in terms of efficacy in treating chronic urticaria of the gastrointestinal damp-heat type.In the course of treatment,there were no serious adverse events,and the safety of the treatment was high.According to the follow-up statistics,the recurrence rate of Sanhuang Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Autohemotherapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat type of chronic urticaria was lower,which was significantly better than that of the control group.The treatment of chronic urticaria of gastrointestinal damp-heat type with Sanhuang Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Autohemotherapy is a method with good efficacy,high safety and low recurrence rate.
