| Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect of Sanhuang liquid fumigation and sitting bath on postoperative complications of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids,the efficacy and safety of this method on postoperative complications of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids were evaluated.Methods:A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the criteria in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected through selective suprachemorrhoidal mucosal excision(TST)+ internal hemorrhoidal sclerotic injection + external hemorrhoidectomy under general intravenous anesthesia.Random number table method was used to randomly divide into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Before operation,gender,age,course of disease,number of external incisions and symptoms before sitbath were evaluated to ensure the comparability of the two groups.After the operation,patients in observation group were given Sanhuang solution combined with laser sit-bath machine fumigation and sit-bath twice a day on the first day after the operation,as well as routine perioperative treatment such as infection prevention,swelling reduction,analgesia,hemostasis and fluid rehydration.The control group was given 1:5000 potassium permanganate combined with laser sit-bath machine twice a day,and the rest postoperative treatment plan was the same as the observation group.The pain VAS scores and anal edema scores of the two groups were evaluated before and after the first,third,fifth and seventh days.The TCM syndrome scores were evaluated on the seventh day after the surgery,and the overall efficacy was evaluated on the seventh day after the surgery.The postoperative healing time and safety evaluation of the two groups of patients were followed up.The data of each index is collected and input into the table.SPSS22.0 software is used for statistical analysis and conclusions are drawn.Results:1.A total of 80 subjects were enrolled,4 cases were shed and eliminated,and the loss rate was 5%.76 cases were completed as required,including 38 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Anal pain: There was no significant difference between the two groups on day 1 after surgery(P > 0.05),and there was statistical significance on day 3,day 5 and day 7 after surgery(P < 0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.3.Anal edema score: There was no significant difference between the two groups on day 1 after surgery(P > 0.05);There was statistical significance on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after surgery(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in improving postoperative edema.4.Wound healing: Postoperative follow-up of patients recorded the wound healing time.Compared with the postoperative wound healing time of the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in promoting wound healing,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Curative effect of TCM symptoms: On the 7th day after surgery,the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6.Overall efficacy: On the 7th day after surgery,the overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.7.Safety evaluation: Good security.Conclusion(s):In the patients with damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids after surgery,Sanhuang liquid combined with laser sit-bath machine fumigation sit-bath treatment can relieve postoperative pain,reduce anal edema,reduce bleeding symptoms,promote wound healing,reduce discomfort,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and prevent adverse reactions to a certain extent.Sanhuang Liquid is safe and reliable with no obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic. |
