Clinical Study Of Yanghe Huayan Decoction In The Treatment Of Advanced Breast Cancer

Research Objective:Through research to observe the clinical efficacy of"Yanghe Huayan Decoction" in the treatment of advanced breast cancer(Yang deficiency type),to verify the effect of Yanghe Huayan Decoction in the treatment of advanced breast cancer,and provide clinical data for Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of advanced breast cancer.Research Methods:According to the principle of randomization,60 patients who meet the criteria for enrollment were divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group and the treatment group.The observation data of the two groups were not statistically significant.The 60 patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the paclitaxel+capecitabine regimen was used.During the treatment period,the treatment group took Yanghe Huayan Decoction.Evaluation before treatment,3 cycles of treatment,and 6 cycles after treatment.Among them,the main evaluation criteria are the clinical efficacy of solid tumors,Syndrome integral of traditional medicine,ordinary circumstances,and Side effects of chemotherapy.Collect relevant data and analyze the experimental results through statistical software.Research Findings:After 3 treatment cycles,the effective rate of chemotherapy in the treatment group was 60%higher than that of the control group 30%,However,there was no statistical significance in evaluating the efficacy of solid tumors between the two groups;The change of Syndrome integral of traditional medicine was not obvious in the two groups;KPS score,body weight and immune cell level were not statistically different;Adverse reactions after chemotherapy are not statistically significant and not comparable.After 6 treatment cycles,The effective rate of chemotherapy in the treatment group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than the 46.67%in the control group,The efficacy evaluation of solid tumors is statistically significant.The syndrome score of the control group has little change compared with the previous two,and the syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with the previous two times,The difference between the two groups is statistically significant,Clinical observation found that the symptoms of cold limbs,fatigue,loss of appetite and other symptoms in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group;Statistics found that The KPS score,body weight,and immune cytokine levels of the treatment group were improved to varying degrees compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;the number of cases of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions in the treatment group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant;The two groups had too few cases of allergies,abnormal liver function,and abnormal kidney function,The difference was not statistically significant,For safety reference only,It suggests that Yanghe Huayan Decoction has no obvious liver and kidney toxicity.Conclusion:For patients with advanced breast cancer,Insist on long-term treatment with Yanghe Huayan Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy can improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy,improve the patient’s immune function,improve the patient’s quality of life,and effectively reduce many of the chemotherapy-induced Adverse reactions,such as bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,etc.In summary,the application of Yanghe Huayan Decoction for patients with advanced breast cancer has a certain intervention effect,which can be used for clinical differentiation.
