Clinical Observation Of Yanghe Decoction Modified In Treating Second Degree Atrioventricular Block Of Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Type

Objective: To observe the changes of heart function,cardiac rhythm,heart rate and symptoms in patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type of second degree atrioventricular block before treatment and after treatment with Yang he decoction,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yang he decoction.Methods: From February 2018 to March 2019,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and numbered according to their visiting order.They were randomly divided into two groups: Yanghe decoction group(treatment group)30 cases and Shensong Yangxin capsule group(control group)30 cases.The patients were treated for 4 weeks and observed and recorded.The effectiveness and safety of Yanghe decoction were evaluated by comparing the index data of Yang he decoction.Results: 1.ECG showed that:(1)The total effective rate of resting heart rate(standard ECG)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant.(2)The 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram data showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant.2.ECG diagnosis: In the improvement of ECG,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is significant.3.Total curative effect of TCM symptoms: All TCM syndromes of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.4.General safety indicators: blood pressure,liver function and kidney function,blood cell analysis,urine routine and stool routine of the two groups before and after treatment were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion: 1.The clinical symptoms of patients with second degree atrioventricular block of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type were significantly improved after taking Yanghe decoction.2.The total heartbeat and average heart rate,the fastest heart rate and the slowest heart rate of patients with second degree atrioventricular block of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type were significantly increased after taking Yanghe decoction.3.In the treatment of bradyarrhythmia,traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation is effective and safe.
