Clinical Curative Effcet Observation Of Modifed Yanghe Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Psoriasis Vulgaris That Belongs To The Yang Deficiency With Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modifed Yanghe Decoction with Psoriasis Vulgaris that belongs to the Yang deficiency with stasis.To provide clinical evidence for the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Modifed Yanghe Decoction.Medthods:There were 68 patients who had Psoriasis Vulgaris that belongs to the Yang deficiency with stasis,we randomly divided them into experimental group and control group.There were 34 patients in experimental group,they oral Modifed Yanghe Decoction,there were 34 patiens in control group,they oral Acitretin Capsules.Patients in tow groups external use the Huangjinwanhong Ointment.8 weeks is a course of treatment,the patients need 1 courses of treatment.The efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:1.Among the 68 patients,3 cases were lost in experimental group,2 cases were lost in control group.There were 63 effective cases,there were 32 cases in experimental group and 31 cases in control group.2.Among the 63 patients,their age,sex,course of disease,etc.baseline data are comparable(P>0.05).3.After the treatment,the total efficiency of the experimental group was90.62%,control group was 87.10%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Good improvement rate of the experimental group was 62.49%,control group was 54.84%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After the treatment,PASI of the experimental and control groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).PASI scores of the experimental group treatment were statistically significant pretherapy and post-streatment(P<0.01),PASI scores of the control group were significantly different pretherapy and post-streatment(P<0.01).5.After the treatment,the DLQI of the experimental group and the control group were compared,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant pretherapy and post-streatment(P<0.01).6.After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The difference between the two groups was statistically significant pretherapy and post-streatment(P<0.01).7.After the treatment,the results of T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the experimental group and the control group,CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+levels between the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),through treatment,CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+levels in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant.8.To compare the indicators to evaluate safety After the treatment between the experimental group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9.The recurrence rates of the experimental and control groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modifed Yanghe Decoction is effective in treating Psoriasis Vulgaris that belongs to the Yang deficiency with stasis,Compared with the first-line drug Acitretin Capsules for the treatment of psoriasis,the efficacy is similar,but there is no adverse reaction of Acitretin Capsules,and the recurrence rate is lower,which is worthy of clinical application.
