| Objective: To observe and analyze the distribution of electrical energy value and to explore the correlation between meridians detection and hypertension and hyperlipidemia,so as to provide reference for clinical application of meridians detection.Methods:The patients with essential hypertension and hyperlipidemia from the preventive treatment center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and carried out meridian detection by using the 200 F palm meridian detector.The indexes related to hypertension and hyperlipidemia were extracted to establish a database with the relevant values of meridian detection.Analyzed the distribution of meridian detection data in different genders and age groups,summarized the distribution characteristics of meridian detection in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Results:1.Main problem meridians and distribution characteristics of twelve meridians’ electric energy value in hypertension pollution There were statistical differences between hypertension and healthy people in left lung meridian,right spleen meridian,left heart meridian,bladder meridian,left kidney meridian,right pericardium meridian,left gallbladder meridian and left liver meridian(P<0.05).In hypertension patients,excess syndrome of heart meridian,liver meridian and gallbladder meridian are more obvious,deficiency syndrome of pericardial meridian is more obvious.(1)Situations in different genders:There were statistically significant differences in left lung meridian,left heart meridian,right bladder meridian,right kidney meridian and right triple energizer meridian between female with hypertension and healthy women(P< 0.05).In female patients,excess syndrome of heart meridian was more obvious,and deficiency syndrome of the kidney meridian was more obvious.There were significant differences in right bladder meridian and right kidney meridian between male with hypertension and healthy men(P< 0.05).In male patients,deficiency syndrome of the kidney meridian was more obvious.(2)Situations in different ages:There were significant differences in left large intestine meridian,left heart meridian,left small intestine meridian and right kidney meridian between hypertension and healthy people aged over 50(P< 0.05).In hypertension patients,excess syndrome of the left heart was more obvious,and deficiency syndrome of the right kidney meridian was more obvious.There were statistically significant differences in left lung meridian,large intestine meridian,left stomach meridian,right spleen meridian,right bladder meridian,left kidney meridian,pericardium meridian,triple energizer meridian and gallbladder meridian between hypertension and healthy people(P< 0.05).In hypertension patients under50 years old,excess syndrome of gallbladder meridian and deficiency syndrome of triple energizer meridian was more obvious.2.Main problem meridians and distribution characteristics of twelve meridians’ electric energy value in hyperlipidemia populationThere were statistically significant differences between patients with hyperlipidemia and healthy people in lung meridian,left large intestine meridian,right stomach meridian,bladder meridian and gallbladder meridian(P< 0.05).In patients with hyperlipidemia,excess syndrome was more obvious in gallbladder meridian.Stomach meridian of hyperlipidemias is in excess syndrome,and stomach meridian of healthy people is in deficiency syndrome.(1)Situations in different genders:There were significant differences in left lung meridian,bladder meridian,right pericardium meridian,triple energizer meridian and right liver meridian between female with hyperlipidemias and healthy women(P<0.05).The deficiency and excess state of each meridian of hyperlipidemia patients were closer to the baseline than that of healthy people.There was statistical difference between male with hyperlipidemia and healthy people in the right stomach meridian(P< 0.05).The right stomach meridian of hyperlipidemia is in excess syndrome,and the right stomach meridian of healthy male is in deficiency syndrome.(2)Situations in different agesThere were statistically significant differences in lung meridian,large intestine meridian,right stomach meridian,right small intestine meridian,left bladder meridian,left pericardium meridian,left triple energizer meridian and bile meridian between hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people under 50 years old(P< 0.05).The excess syndrome of right stomach meridian and bile meridian in hyperlipidemia was more obvious,and the deficiency syndrome of pericardium meridian and triple energizer meridian was more obvious.There was no significant difference in energy values between hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people aged over 50.Conclusion:There are obvious differences in the distribution characteristics of heart meridian,kidney meridian,gallbladder meridian,liver meridian and triple energizer meridian between hypertension patients and healthy people in different gender and age.There are obvious differences in the distribution characteristics of stomach meridian,gallbladder meridian,meridian and triple energizer meridian between hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people in different gender and age. |
