| Objective: To observe and analyze the distribution of the main warning meridians,electrical energy value of meridians and sensing balance index of meridians in different gender and age groups through meridian detection of 5000 cases of physical examination population,and to explore its rules and characteristics,so as to provide reference for the development and clinical application of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment.Methods:(1)5000 physical examination people were detected by“shenxinkang” palmar meridian detector(Beijing Shenxinkang Technology Co.,Ltd.,model: SHXK-JL-200F-B);(2)The meridian detection database of physical examination people was established,including name,gender,age,main warning meridians,electrical energy value of twelve meridians(left and right sides)and meridian sensing balance index(autonomic nervous index,yin/Yang meridian ratio,hand/foot meridian ratio,left/right meridian ratio and conduction coefficient)and so on;(3)SPSS25 was used for data statistics to analyze the distribution characteristics and rules of the total population,different gender and different age groups.Result:1.General informationAmong the 5000 physical examination people,there were 2569 males and2431 females,with a male-to-female ratio of 1.06:1.The age of the subjects mainly ranged from 31 to 60 years old,accounting for 75.44% of the total population.2.Distribution characteristics of main warning meridians and twelve meridians’ electric energy quantity value(1)The top three main warning meridians in the population were Triple Energizer Meridian of Hand-Shaoyang(TE)(22.14%),Liver Meridian of FootJueyin(LR)(12.82%)and Kidney Meridian of Foot-Jueyin(KI)(12.80%).Combined with the analysis of the electrical energy value of twelve meridians,it can be seen that the average electrical energy value of bilateral TE and bilateral KI is lower than the base value,indicating the state of deficiency of TE and KI;the average electrical energy value of bilateral LR is higher than the base value,indicating the state of excess of LR.(2)The proportion of TE was the highest in male(29.86%),and the proportion of LR was the highest in female(13.90%).Comparing the electrical energy values of twelve meridians by gender,the electrical energy values of bilateral TE,bilateral Gallbladder Meridians of Foot-Shaoyang(GB)and left LR in males were significantly lower than those in females(P<0.01),and the electrical energy values of left Lung Meridians of Hand-Taiyin(LU)and Bilateral KI in females were significantly lower than those in males(P<0.01).(3)The proportion of TE was the highest in 18-30 years old,31-40 years old and 41-50 years old,which was 30.88%,30.35% and 16.69%respectively;the proportion of KI was the highest in 51-60 years old and61-70 years old,which was 15.90% and 16.25% respectively;the proportion of LR was the highest in 71-80 years old,which was 19.59%.Compared with the age group,the electrical energy values of the right LU,the left Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming(LI),the bilateral Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,the right Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin(SP),the bilateral Heart Meridian Hand-Shaoyin(HT),the bilateral KI,the bilateral TE and the right LR showed significant age difference(P<0.01).The electric energy values of right LU,bilateral ST and right SP decreased with the increase of age,while the electric energy values of left LI,bilateral HT bilateral KI,bilateral TE and right LR increased with the increase of age.3.Distribution characteristics of abnormal rate of balance index of meridian sensor(1)The abnormal rate of meridian sensing balance index in 5000 physical examination people from high to low was meridian conduction coefficient(56.34%),left/right meridian ratio(35.04%),autonomic nerve index(25.46%),yin/Yang Meridian ratio(23.10%)and hand/foot meridian ratio(21.02%).(2)In terms of gender,the abnormal rate of autonomic nervous index in females was significantly higher than that in males(P<0.01);the proportion of abnormal high value of conduction coefficient in males was significantly higher than that in females(P<0.01),and the proportion of abnormal low value was significantly lower than that in females(P<0.01).(3)In terms of age,the abnormal rate of autonomic nerve index,left/right meridian ratio and meridian conduction coefficient showed significant age difference(P<0.01).The abnormal rate of autonomic nerve index and left/right meridian ratio increased with age,the proportion of abnormal high value of meridian conductivity decreased with age,and the proportion of abnormal low value increased with age.Conclusion:(1)The meridian test results of 5000 physical examination people showed that TE,LR and KI were the main warning meridians,and TE and KI was in the state of deficiency,while the LR were in the state of excess;(2)56.34% of the population showed abnormal meridian conduction coefficient;(3)There are some differences in the main warning meridians,the electrical energy value of twelve meridians and the sensing balance index of meridians in different gender and age groups;(4)Meridian detection has certain clinical reference value and should be further studied. |
