Based On Ancient Literature Research And Meridian Detection And Analysis, Explore The Correlation Between Shoulder Periarthritis And Meridian

Purpose:Objective: This study is divided into two parts.The first part searches and screens the articles on Chinese periarthritis in the Chinese Medical Code,and counts the related meridians,acupoints,and acupoint frequency in the articles.Correlation of the meridians;the second part compares the twelve meridians of the patients with periarthritis of the shoulder by conducting clinical information collection of 31 patients with periarthritis of shoulder and the detection of the electrical energy value of the original points of the Twelve Meridians of TCM The electrical energy value of the original points,the analysis of the imbalance of the meridians,objective evaluation of the imbalance of the twelve meridians in patients with frozen shoulder,and the correlation between frozen shoulder and meridians.This study intends to explore the correlation between periarthritis of shoulder and meridian through ancient literature research and meridian detection and analysis,so as to guide the evaluation of meridians of periarthritis of shoulder.Material and method:The first part: use "Chinese Medical Code"(fifth edition)for computer search to retrieve the articles and articles related to frozen shoulder.Normalize the data that meet the literature inclusion criteria and establish a database,use Microsoft Excel to record,and analyze the correlation between periarthritis and meridian in ancient literature;Part 2: The patients with periarthritis that meet the inclusion criteria Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Second Affiliated Hospital)31 cases,according to the relevant diagnostic criteria design "cold shoulder clinical case information collection table",to collect clinical relevant disease information of the research case,at the same time for each case to carry out TCM meridian detection.The meridian test of TCM adopts JK-02-B TCM meridian tester(Jijian Zhuzhun: 20162270329;manufacturer: Tonghua Hainda Technology Co.,Ltd.)to take the original points of the twelve meridians(the Yangxi point is selected for the large intestine meridian of the hand,Shuyang point of bladder meridian of foot sun is selected)namely Taiyuan,Daling,Shenmen,carpal,Yangxi,Yangchi,Taibai,Taichong,Taixi,Qiuxu,Chongyang,Shugu points for signal acquisition.Finally,the statistical software SPSS22.0was used to make statistics on the meridian test results of Chinese medicine,objectively evaluate the unbalanced state of the twelve meridians in patients with frozen shoulder,and analyze the correlation between the meridian and frozen shoulder.Results:first part:1.In this study,a total of 383 articles were retrieved,141 duplicate articles were deleted,and the remaining 242 articles.After analysis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria,152 articles were finally included.A total of 71 acupoints were used,with a total of 231 times of use and an average of 3.25 times..2.The 71 acupoints for the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder are distributed on 10 meridians,without involving the spleen and pericardial meridians;the number of acupoints exceeds 5,and there are 6 meridians with a frequency of more than 10 times,which are the hand Yangming large intestine meridian 12 points,69 frequency),Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Channel(12 points,44 frequency),Hand Sun Small Intestine Channel(12 points,35frequency),Foot Sun Bladder Channel(14 points,32 frequency),Foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel(7 points,23 frequency),hand Taiyin lung channel(5 points,12 frequency);hand Shaoyin heart channel(4 points,5 frequency),foot Yangming stomach channel(3 points,5frequency),foot Shaoyin kidney channel(1 point,4 frequency),foot Jueyin liver meridian(1point,2 frequency),etc.involved in acupoints and frequency are less;hand Sanyang meridian points a total of 148 frequencies,accounting for 64.07% of the total frequency.3.In this study,a total of 71 acupoints were used,with a total frequency of 231 times and an average of 3.25 times.Therefore,acupoints with a frequency of use higher than the average of3.25 times are called common points.After statistics,there are 20 commonly used points,with a total of 139 times of use,accounting for 60.17% of the total frequency and 28.17% of all points.Of the 20 commonly used acupuncture points for the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder,15 points belong to the hand Sanyang meridian acupoint,accounting for 75%;13 points acupoints with a frequency of more than 5 times all belong to the Yang meridian.Except the shoulder well,the other 12 acupoints are all Belongs to the San Yang Jing.the second part:1.A total of 31 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder were included in this study,including 7 males,accounting for 22.58% of the total,24 females,accounting for 77.42% of the total;7 young people(18-44 years old),accounting for 22.58% of the total,15 cases were middle-aged(45-59 years old),accounting for 48.39% of the total,9 cases were elderly(≥60years old),accounting for 29.03% of the total;14 cases were left shoulder pain,accounting for 45.16% of the total,and 17 cases were right shoulder pain,Accounting for 54.84% of the total.2.In the patients with frozen shoulder,the electrical energy value of the primary point of the lung meridian(14.79 ± 18.71)of the affected side is lower than that of the healthy side(20.68± 20.16),and the difference is statistically significant(0.009).The magnitude(16.91 ± 25.35)was lower than the healthy side(20.41 ± 20.88),and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.004).The electrical energy value of the primary point of the small intestine meridian of the affected side(20.06 ± 28.86)was better than the healthy side(22.91 ± 27.06)Low,the difference is statistically significant(0.033),the electrical energy value of the original hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian(18.66 ± 26.94)is lower than the healthy side(22.72 ± 25.38),the difference is statistically significant(P = 0.023),the other side of the affected side of the meridian and the healthy side of the original point electrical energy value is not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Periarthritis of the shoulder is closely related to the large intestine meridian,small intestine meridian,bladder meridian,tri-jiao meridian,gallbladder meridian,and lung meridian,and is most closely related to the hand Sanyang meridian.2.Acupoints commonly used to treat periarthritis of the shoulder are mostly attributed to the hand Sanyang Meridian.3.Patients with periarthritis of shoulder have an imbalance in the lung,large intestine,small intestine,and triple burner channels,and the electric energy value of the original points is low.4.The TCM meridian test can be used to objectively assess the imbalance of the twelve menstrual channels in patients with periarthritis of the shoulder,and to guide the assessment of the meridians of the periarthritis of the shoulder.
