| Object:According to the principle that the twelve-way original points can reflect the pathological changes of the viscera,the meridian detection system is used to detect the energy numerical data of the twelve-point original points of the gout patient,and the characteristics of the meridian energy of different TCM syndromes of the gout patient are analyzed to explore the gout syndrome and the viscera of the gout.The correlation provides a new non-invasive diagnostic method and some base data for gout syndrome.Methods:An observational study was conducted to collect gout patients from the Department of Rheumatology,Department of Preventive Treatment and Physical Examination Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University from January 2018 to January 2019.All participants were tested by the Meridian Detection System(Model:DMS-1)developed by Sichuan Beste Health Consulting Co.,Ltd.,and the energy numerical data was collected for 24 acupuncture points on both sides of the twelve-way original points(including energy index,Musculoskeletal blood index,yin and yang value and meridian value).The collected data was built in Excel software,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of meridian energy index and muscle and blood index of observation group and control group:Compared with the control group,the meridian energy index and the bone and blood index were significantly lower in the observation group,the differe nce was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the meridian energy index was n ormal and the hemiplegia was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of meridian energy values of liver,spleen,kidney and triple burner in different syndromes of observation groupDamp heat accumulation syndrome:The energy numerical data of liver meridian is obviously higher than that of liver and meridian energy of phlegm blockage and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The energy numerical data of triple-jiao is lower than that of other syndromes of meridian meridian energy.The difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05);the remaining has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Heat block syndrome:The energy numerical data of liver meridian was significantly higher than that of other syndromes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the other was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The turbidity block syndrome:The energy numerical data of the spleen and the triple-jiao meridian was significantly lower than that of the other syndromes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the remaining has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome:The energy numerical data of liver and kidney meridians was significantly lower than that of other syndromes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the remaining has no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of meridian the energy numerical data on the both sides of the same syndrome:There was no significant difference in the energy values of the meridians on the left and right sides of the same syndrome(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared with the control group,the meridian energy index and the muscle and blood index of the gout are lower,and the meridian energy index is low,indicating that the gout of the gout has different degrees of deficient state,which has certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of gout;The lower blood index indicates that joint pain and active symptoms are common in gout patients,which has certain guiding significance for symptom assessment of gout patients.2.The syndrome of dampness and heat is closely related to liver and triple-jiao.The syndrome of heat block is closely related to liver.The syndrome of phlegm block is closely related to spleen and triple-jiao.The syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency is closely related to liver and kidney,and provide an objective criterion for TCM syndrome differentiation of gout. |
