| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of compound baixianpi decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of prurigo nodularis of damp heat and blood stasis promoted.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,62 cases of prurigo nodularis were selected from the outpatient department of cosmetic dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine,and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with fire needle therapy combined with oral compound baixianpi decoction and topical compound Flumetasone ointment,while the control group was treated with oral compound baixianpi Decoction and topical compound Flumetasone ointment.Every 4 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for three courses,record and evaluate the two groups of patients before treatment and each course of skin lesion severity and itching degree,compare the scores of statistical processing,compare the cure rate and total effective rate,and record adverse reactions.Results:(1)after 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in the severity score and total score of rash between the two groups,but there was no significant difference in the pruritus score.(2)After 8 weeks of treatment and at the end of treatment:there were significant differences in the scores of rash between the two groups.(3)After treatment,the cure rate(16.67%)and the total effective rate(93.33%)of the treatment group were higher than the cure rate of the control group(3.33%)and the total effective rate(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)There were 2 patients with mild diarrhea in the two groups,after proper treatment,the symptoms were significantly improved,and the other patients had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Compound baixianpi decoction combined with fire acupuncture has significant effect on prurigo nodularis with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome,and less adverse reactions,which can be further studied as the characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prurigo nodularis. |
