Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Soufeng Chushi Yin Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Prurigo Nodularis Damp-Hot Wind-Toxic Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Soufeng Chushi Yin combined with fire needle in the treatment of Prurigo Nodularis(Damp-heat wind toxic type).Methods:60 patients with Prurigo Nodularis were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Soufeng Chushi Yin combined with Fire needle therapy,while the control group was treated with Soufeng Chushi Yin alone.The PIP score,quality of life score and comprehensive curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Follow-up was conducted on all the patients who were cured in 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and their recurrence was recorded.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 33.33%,the total effective rate was 96.30%,the cure rate of the control group was 17.86%,and the total effective rate was 82.14%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).One month after the end of treatment,the recurrence rates of the two groups were 11.11% and 40.00%(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the two groups were 22.22% and 80.00%(P<0.05)after three months of the end of treatment.The quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soufeng Chushi Yin combined with fire needle has a good clinical effect in the treatment of Prurigo Nodularis(Damp-heat wind toxic type),which is worthy of popularization and application.
