The Clinical Effect Observation Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Prurigo Nodularis With San Jie Zhi Yang Decoction Treatment

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of San Jie Zhi Yang decoction in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of prurigo nodularis treatment.Methods:All the selected cases were chosen from the outpatients in the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 2015 to March 2016. Chose 72 prurigo nodularis patients in accordance with the inclusive criteria, then divided into treatment group and control group randomly with 36 cases each. Patients in treatment group treated with 300ml San Jie Zhi Yang decoction oral administration twice a day after meal while warm. Respectively patients in control group treated with Da Huang Zhe Chong Wan, oral administration with 2 pils for each dose twice a day after meals for 30 minutes. Treated four weeks as a course, then took observation after two courses. Made quantitative processing on the subjective and objective clinical syndromes about sleep quaities, itching degrees, numbers and sizes of nodules of the two group patients before and after treatment. Made integral comparison and statistic analysis at last.Results:1、The four integrations about sleep quaities, itching degrees, numbers and sizes of nodules of the two group patients were significantly decreased after therapy (P< 0.05).2、The quality of the two group patients’relative life after treatment were significantly improved when compared with the ones without treatment.3、Synthesized the clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12%, the total effective rate of control group was 78.05%, the differences between the groups were significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion:1、Both medicines have the function to improve prurigo nodularis clinical syndromes, the effect of treatment group is better than the control ones.2、San Jie Zhi Yang decoction is an effective formula for treating prurigo nodularis which can significantly reduce the itching degrees and nodules lesions of the patients.
