Clinical Study Of Danggui Buxue Ointment Combined With Polysaccharide Iron Complex In The Treatment Of Iron Deficiency Anemia During Pregnancy With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Blood

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Danggui Buxue ointment combined with polysaccharide iron complex in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy with deficiency of both qi and blood,to observe the effect of ointment combined with polysaccharide iron complex on hemoglobin,red blood cells,hematocrit,Serum Ferritin,Serum Iron,TCM symptom scores of IDA patients during pregnancy,and to evaluate their safety,in order to provide valuable clinical ideas for IDA treatment during pregnancy.Methods: Seventy-two patients with IDA during pregnancy with deficiency of both qi and blood were randomly selected and divided into blank group,control group and experimental group,with 24 people in each group.The blank group was given iron-rich diet guidance,the control group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex,and the experimental group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex plus Danggui Buxue ointment.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes in the three groups of Hb,RBC,HCT,SF,SI,TCM symptom scores,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded for statistical analysis.Results: 1.Hb、RBC、HCT、SF、SI:Hb、RBC、HCT、SF、SI of the control group and the experimental group were higher than the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).RBC of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Western medicine effect:The Western medicine effect of the control group and the experimental group was better than that of the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.017).3.Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores:Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores of the control group and the experimental group were lower than the blank group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Traditional Chinese Medicine effect: Traditional Chinese Medicine effect of the control group and the experimental group was better than that of the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.017).Traditional Chinese Medicine effect of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.017).5.Adverse reactions:During the treatment period,no adverse reactions occurred in the blank group,9 adverse reactions occurred in the control group,and 4 adverse reactions occurred in the observation group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Danggui Buxue ointment combined with polysaccharide iron complex can improve the Hb 、 RBC 、 HCT 、 SF 、 SI of IDA patients during pregnancy,especially RBC,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Qi and blood weakness.The traditional Chinese Medicine has a significant effect and improves the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of further research and promotion.
