Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and advantages of Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of infantile cough(wind-heat attacking lung syndrome)by comparing the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Decoction and Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike Granule in the treatment of infantile cough(wind-heat attacking lung syndrome),clarifing its action in easing the state of illness,symptoms and signs of acute bronchitis and upgrading TCM syndromes,and evaluate its safety,so as to provide a new clinical mentality for the cureway of infantile cough(wind-heat attacking lung syndrome).Methods: Among the outpatients from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Cases of 60 patients which meeting the diagnostic criteria of cough(wind-heat attacking the lung syndrome)were included and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The therapy group was treated with Qingfeiyin Decoction for oral treatment;The control group was treated with taking Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike Granule orally.The two groups took the medicine according to the prescribed method,and the course of treatment was 7 days.The clinical symptoms and signs of the sufferers been assessed on the 0,3 and 7 days of treatment,and the test data were collected and recorded.The final conclusion was came through the data analysis of spss 25.0 software.Results: Comparing the potency of treatment group and control group,there were 28 patient validly treated among the 30 children in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 93.3%;There were 22 patient validly treated among the 30 children in the control group,with a total effective rate of 73.3%.The total efficacy rate and comprehensive effect of treatment group excels to that of contrast group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was plainly better than that of the control group in the symptoms of expectoration,lung auscultation and secondary symptoms of pharyngalgia(P<0.01);The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in cough and thirst(0.01<P<0.05);The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group in terms of secondary symptoms such as bad wind,fever,turbid mucus and headache(P>0.05).2.Qingfeiyin has obvious effect on the symptoms and signs of children’s cough,such as cough,expectoration,fever,thirst,pharyngalgia and lung auscultation(P.There were no adverse events in the two groups during the trial.Conclusion: Qingfei Decoction is safe and effective in treating infantile cough(wind-heat invading lung syndrome),and has different degrees of efficacy for other symptoms except evil wind.Compared with the control drug,Xiao’er Xuanfei Zhike Granule has better efficacy,and has no obvious side effects.It is worth promoting in clinical practice to treat infantile cough(wind-heat invading lung syndrome). |
