Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sangju Zhike Decoction in the treatment of postinfectious cough which TCM syndrome types is wind heat Yin injury Syndrome. Methods:from July 2015 to January 2016 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Department of respiration clinic patients with PIC and anemopyretic Yin syndrome diagnosis standard, adopting the research method of prospective randomized control. The patients in clinic were numbered, stained with random number table method were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases. Treatment group received Sangju Zhike Fang; control group Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Chlorphenamine Maleate and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Solution treatment, a course of 7 days. The clinical and basic information were collected respectively before and after treatment, recording the symptoms integral, visual analogue scale (VAS) in patients with cough, The Leicester Cough Questionnaire (LCQ) score and urine routine, liver and kidney function, ECG and other safety indicators. The use of Microsoft Excel to establish a database for statistical analysis using SPSS 20 statistical software. The measurement data were examined, such as with or similar with normal distribution, single sample were compared using one sample t test, do not accord with normal distribution using the rank sum test; two samples were compared using two independent samples t test; do not accord with normal distribution with two independent samples of non parametric test. Rank data using the Wilcoxon rank sum test. Categorical data using X2 test. The test statistic correlation test is derived and the corresponding P value, the two-sided test, P< 0.05 was statistically significant.Research results:56 cases included in the standard case,20 cases were male (35.7%); 36 cases were female (64.3%). The 30~39 age of the largest number of sick, accounted for 33.93%; the average age of the treatment group is 45.13±13.34, the control group was 44.46 ±12.08 years. Patients in the course between 3 to 4 weeks are the most cases,22 cases, accounting for 39.3%. The main factors causing or aggravating cough symptoms were smoke, haze and cold air; Before entering the group, the drugs they have used can be summarized as antitussive drugs, antibiotics, and the traditional Chinese medicine. The above basic data through statistical analysis, no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Comparison of the clinical efficacy, the total efficiency of treatment group was 90%; the control group was 76.92%, the statistical analysis of the data, P=0.034,<0.05, there are significant differences between the two groups, the treatment effect of Sangju Zhike Decoction is more significantly than the control group. Comparison of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment:The treatment group was divided into 2.933±4.394, and the control group was divided into 5.423±4.818, P=0.04<0.05, the treatment group overall clinical symptoms improved better than the control group. VAS integral, VAS integral average of treatment group is 0.433±0.626, control group is 1.577±2.003, P=0.046,<0.05, the treatment group better than the control group. Comparison of LCQ score in treatment group were divided into 16.502±1.733,control group were divided into 14.966±2.574, P=0.011,< 0.05, there are significant differences between the two groups, the quality of life of the treatment group improved better than the control group. During the observation period, the treatment group had no adverse reaction, the control group adverse reaction rate was 23.08%. The safety index no significant changes before and after treatment. Conclusion:Sangju Zhike Decoction in the treatment of wind heat Yin Syndrome i PIC is safe and effective, no adverse reaction, can be widely used in clinical application.
