| Objective: by comparing the radix bupleuri drink calming nerves and orchid sola azole enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ),clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(SAS,SDS)state,anxiety,depression and improve blood serotonin(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)and galanin(galanin,GAL),the influence of the objective evaluation of radix bupleuri calming nerves drinks in the treatment of GERD clinical curative effect,provide the basis for bupleurum calming nerves drinks in the treatment of GERD.Methods: 40 cases of GERD patients with heat stagnation in liver and stomach meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.The observation group was given Chaihuningxin decoction for treatment,and the control group was given Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablet for treatment.The course of treatment for the two groups was 4 weeks.TCM clinical symptom scores,reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ),scores of anxiety,depression(SAS,SDS)and changes in serum 5-HT and GAL expression levels were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups,and adverse reactions were monitored during the period.Results :(1)After treatment,compared with the western medicine control group,the overall clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine treatment group was higher and better,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);(2)Compared with before treatment,SAS and SDS scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).(3)Compared with before treatment,5-HT and GAL in both groups were increased and GAL were decreased(P < 0.05).After treatment,5-HT in the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine control group(P < 0.05).In terms of GAL,the efficacy of the two groups was similar without statistical significance(P > 0.05).(4)After treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion :(1)Chaihu Ningxin Decoction has a better overall efficacy in the treatment of GERD with heat stagnation in liver and stomach than western medicine,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of GERD patients.(2)Chaihuningxin Decoction has a regulatory effect on serum 5-HT and GAL in patients with anxiety and depression associated with heat stagnation in liver and stomach,increasing the expression of 5-HT and decreasing the expression of GAL in serum.(3)Chaihu-Ning-Xin Decoction may regulate the dual functions of "qi mechanism" and "pivot mechanism",make the whole body qi mechanism rise and fall in balance,the pivot mechanism open and close,restore the function of zang fu organs,and play a role in the treatment of liver and stomach heat stagnation type GERD.Conclusion :(1)The total efficacy of CHAIHUNINGXIN decoction in the treatment of GERD with heat stagnation in the liver and stomach is better than that of western medicine.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression of GERD patients,and has a regulating effect on serum 5-HT and GAL,increasing the expression of 5-HT in serum and decreasing the expression of GAL.(2)By increasing the serum 5-HT and decreasing the expression level of GAL in patients,chaihuning xin decoction may regulate the function of zangfu organs,and then promote gastrointestinal motility,accelerate gastric emptying or reduce visceral hypersensitivity,and reduce reflux,so as to realize the effect of treating heat-depressed GERD in the liver and stomach. |
