Clinical Observation Of Huagan Decoction And PPI Preparation In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Heat Stagnation In Liver And Stomach

Objective: this topic through the observation of liver flavored Fried combination PPI treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver stomach muggy syndrome clinical efficacy,to turn liver flavored flipping the drugs through theoretical analysis and discussion to support the liver heat,and the inverse of the stomach drop method of liver flavored Fried in a important value in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,to explore traditional Chinese medicine combination PPI preparations before and after treatment in gastroesophageal reflux disease late condition changes.This article studies the curative effect of Jiawei Huagan Decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver and stomach heat stasis type,and provides a new idea for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who met the inclusion criteria were collected in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order of medical treatment,the patients who met the requirements were randomly assigned to the treatment group of TCM combined with western medicine and the control group of western medicine alone,with 30 patients in each group.During the treatment period,there were no shedding cases or eliminating cases.According to medical statistics analysis,there was no statistical difference between the control group and the treatment group in terms of age,gender,course of disease,total score of syndrome and other aspects before treatment,which could be compared.The control group was given oral omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group was given omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets + modified treatment of Huagan decoction(10g of green bark,10 g of orange peel,10 g of white peony root,10 g of alisma alisma,10 g of peony bark,10 g of gardenia fruit,20 g of chinadiem chinensis fruit,20 g of yanhuaso,6g of coptidis coptidis,10 g of white and 10 g of white,15 g of thunberg Fritilaria,10 g of dandelion).Specific method of taking: one dose per day,decocted in water,one bag after lunch and dinner,200 ml each time.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment,one course for 4 weeks.During this period,GERDQ scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment were observed,and statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores and efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,intra-group comparison was made of TCM syndrome scores of patients with liver and stomach heat stasis type gastroesophageal reflux disease between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(< 0.05),indicating that both groups were effective in treatment.According to the rank sum test,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was96.67%.Through statistical analysis,P = 0.026 < 0.05,there was a statistical difference between the two groups.(2)Comparison of GERDQ scale scores and efficacy: intra-group comparison was made of GERDQ scale scores of the two groups of patients with liver and stomach heat stagnation type gastroesophageal reflux disease before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(< 0.05),indicating that both groups were effective in treatment.In terms of the curative effect of the main symptoms of Western medicine,the total effective rate of the main symptoms of Western medicine in the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the main symptoms of Western medicine in the control group was 80.00%.According to statistical analysis,P=0.013<0.05,which shows a statistical difference.It shows that the clinical treatment effect of the treatment group has obvious advantages compared with the control group.(3)Comparison of efficacy of individual symptoms: After treatment,the efficacy scores of heartburn,pantothenic acid,retrosternal burning pain,epigastric burning pain,epigastric distention,belching and other symptoms in the two groups decreased,and there was a statistical difference compared with the efficacy scores of each symptom before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effect scores of heartburn,pantothenic acid,burning pain behind sternal bone,epigastric burning,epigastric distention and belching in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group(P <0.05).The results indicate that the application of Huagan Decoction to add taste can significantly improve the symptoms of heartburn,pantothenic acid,retrosternal burning pain,epigastric burning pain,abdominal distention,belching and so on.Conclusion: Huagan decoction combined with PPI preparation in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with heat stasis in liver and stomach can improve the clinical symptoms of patients to a large extent,and has obvious clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Comparison of the degree of mucosal inflammation under gastroscopy: after the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and western medicine alone,the improvement of mucosal inflammation in the treatment group and the control group was improved to varying degrees,but the improvement degree in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.
