Effect Of Bushen Yinao Decoction On Alzheimer’s Disease Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Its Influence On Hcy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yinao Decoction in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type Alzheimer’s disease and its influence on serum Hcy level,and evaluate its safety,so as to provide new methods and ideas for clinical workers and researchers.METHODS: According to the random number allocation method,a total of60 patients with Alzheimer’s disease who met the standards of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were included and randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).For treatment,the control group was given donepezil hydrochloride tablets orally,while the treatment group was given kidney-tonifying nao prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 2 months with a course of 1 course.After the treatment,the Mini Mmental State Examination(MMSE)and Activities of Daily Living Scale(Activities of Daily Living Scale)were used.(ADL scale),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA scale),Homocysteine(Hcy)and Chinese Medicine Symptoms Scale to observe the outcome of treatment,and also to evaluate its safety.Results: A total of 57 patients completed this study,including 29 in the control group and 28 in the treatment group.Sorting data results show that:(1)two groups of subjects before and after treatment MMSE scale scores and ADL scale score and Mo CA scale within the group comparison(P < 0.05),the comparison between the two groups after treatment group(P < 0.05),two groups of treatment can make the cognition of AD patients and daily life ability levels increase,but the effect of treatment group is better than the control group;(2)The comparison of Hcy level between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05)and between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05)indicated that the Hcy level of AD patients in both groups could decrease,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;(3)Comparing the changes of TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency in AD patients(P < 0.05);(4)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups of subjects P < 0.05;the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,the control group was 79.31%,the treatment group was better than the control group,evaluation of drug safety in the two groups,no obvious side effects occurred in the two groups.Conclusion(s):In this study,according to the results of the treatment group improved cognitive function,and improve the ability of daily life,lowering homocysteine,effect is better than that of control group,namely on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for kidney brain party treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of alzheimer’s disease,can make its cognitive ability,daily life ability,lower levels of Hcy,and effectively improve the symptoms of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,so as to improve the quality of survival,lighten the burden of the patient’s family and society.This combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is safe and effective,and has clinical significance.
