Clinical Efficacy Of Warming The Spleen And Stopping Diarrhea Formula In The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Targeted Drug-associated Diarrhea With Evidence Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of warming the spleen and stopping diarrhea formula in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer targeted drug-associated diarrhea with evidence of spleen-kidney yang deficiency.Methods: In this study,60 patients with oral EGR-TKIS-related targeted drug diarrhea were selected from the outpatient clinic and ward of the Division of Cancer I of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the random envelope technique was adopted to separate the patient into a therapy with 30 cases and a controlling party with 30 cases under the surveillance of the hospital’s Statistical Teaching and Research Department.The control group was given montmorillonite;The treatment group was used warm spleen antidiarrheal prescription on the basis of the administration of the control group.To observe and Compare the frequency and rank of the diarrhea,the fitness level,the score of physical status and the high rating of relevant TCM evidence in the two teams.To make a comparison of the treatment effect before and after the two groups.Results: A series of 60 patients were entered in this study,among them,56 cases were actually completed,the number of cases finally completed included 28 cases in the therapy group and 28 cases in the control group.There were four cases due to incorrect clinical data collection or case separation,leading to two cases in the treatment group and two cases in the control group.(1)Comparison of the frequency of diarrhea: In the treatment group,there was a decrease in 7 days and 14 days,and the P<0.05 was compared in pairs.(2)Difference between the efficacy of grades of diarrhea: the efficiency of diarrhea in the therapy group and the effect of diarrhea in the comparison group it was89.29% and 46.43%,which was statistically significant,p<0.001.(3)Comparison of syndromes in Chinese medicine : between groups,the points of the treatment group declined after treatments,and the groups were different with statistical meaning,P<0.05.(4)A comparison of physical status scores:The KPS rating distribution between the two groups showed a constitutive statistical difference between the groups,P<0.05.(5)The relapse rate in the control group was statistically significant compared to the treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion: Warming the spleen and stopping diarrhea formula can effectively reduce the number and grade of diarrhea,improve side effects and improve patients’ quality of life in the treatment of diarrhea caused by EGFR-TKIS-related targeted drugs in the spleen and kidney with Yang deficiency.
