Clinical Research On Changzhong Decoction In Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation

Objective: This study observed and objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Changzhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation),so as to provide a certain clinical basis for the further improvement of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.Methods:This study selected a total of 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation).They were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,50 cases respectively.The treatment group was given treatment with Changzhong Decoction,and the control group was given treatment with Middle-jiao Regulating Pill with Cloves Cardamon Seed.The two groups were treated for 1 course(3 weeks).After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety were comprehensively evaluated by the results.Results:Among the collected cases,88 cases completed the study which were 44 cases in each group,and the baseline data of the two groups showed that they could be compared.(1)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome:It was 84.09% in the treatment group and 68.18% in the control group.And when the curative effect of two groups were compared,it was found that the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Total scores of TCM syndrome:both treatment schemes can significantly improve the total scores of TCM syndrome(P<0.01),and the amelioration of the treatment group was evidently better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(3)Single symptom score:The two treatment schemes can markedly improve each single symptom of patients(P<0.01);When single symptom scores between two groups were compared,it found that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving epigastric dull pain,epigastric fullness,noise,acid regurgitation and belching(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups in improving fatigue,poor appetite and less food was not obvious(P>0.05).(4)No adverse reactions or adverse events occurred in two groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion:According to the comprehensive judgment,Changzhong Decoction has better clinical effect and good safety in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation)than Middle-jiao Regulating Pill with Cloves Cardamon Seed,which reflects the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and making prescription.So it has significance of clinical promotion.
