Clinical Study Of Tiao Zhong Kai Yu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency And Damp Heat Syndrome

Objective:The treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis with anxiety and(or)depression in clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis is the curative effect of the patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome and damp heat syndrome.Methods:through the screening of patients in the liver,spleen and gastrostomy Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2017 to January 2018,45 cases were finally included in the diagnosis of chronic non atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression in the diagnosis of Western medicine.At the same time,the liver depression and spleen were met in TCM syndrome.The patients with deficiency and damp heat syndrome were given the tutor experience.The decoction of "Kai yu tiao zhong“(Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Huang Qi,Chao Bai Zhu,Yi Yi Ren,Zhi Shi,Hou Po,Zi Su Zi,Sha Ren,Huang Lian,Huo Xiang,Pei Lan,He Huan Hua,Ye Jiao Teng,Gan Cao)were given 2 times a day,and 4 Monday courses were taken continuously.Before and after the treatment,self control method was used to observe the improvement of the symptoms and emotional states of the patients in the Chinese medicine,and then the score data were processed by the relevant statistical software.Result:1.cases were lost in 4 cases and 41 patients completed the treatment.After the end of the treatment,2 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 92.68%.2.the total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment(19.85±5.17,6.68±3.78),SPSS matched t test,the t value was 18.044,P<0.01,with significant difference.3.the total score of each symptom before and after the treatment:epigastric pain(4.34±1.65,1.66±1.32);stomach epigastric fullness(3.71±1.50,1.26± 1.02);emotional disorder(4.49±0.86,1.66±0.87);belch hiccup(1.32±0.97,0.53±0.37);halitosis(1.83±0.49,0.78±0.47);poordiet(1.63±0.88,0.59±0.44);nausea and vomiting(1.05±0.88,0.35±0.15);sticky defecation and lo ose stool(1.49±0.67,0.61 ±0.54).the integral of the above clinical sym ptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment.After stati stical analysis,the value of P was less than 0.01,with significant dif ference.4.the study included 41 patients with high compliance with chronic non atrophic gastritis with anxiety and/or depression,of which 20 were associated with anxiety,12 patients with depression,and 9 patients with anxiety and depression.Three groups of patients before and after treatment of emotional score by statistical software processing analysis,the P value is less than 0.01,there is a significant difference.Conclusion:1."Tiao Zhong Kai Yu" decotion in the tutor’s experience on chronic non atrophic gastritis with emotional disorders,in the TCM syndrome belongs to the syndrome of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome,the clinical symptoms of the patients play a therapeutic role.2.the instructor experience "Tiao Zhong Kai Yu"decotion significantly improved the anxiety and depression state of the patients.
