Clinical Research By Applying The Method Of Yi Mu Fu Tu In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Research purposeTo observe the clinical curative effect of use inhibiting wood and strengthening earth method to treatment the chronic atrophic gastritis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,At the same time,to evaluate the changes of mental and psychological status in liver depression and spleen deficiency type chronic atrophic gastritis patients with inhibiting wood and strengthening earth method.Research methodAccording to the principle of randomized and control,according to the inclusion criteria in the research program,60 patients were selected to meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine,divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine method of inhibiting wood and strengthening earth,while the control group was given folic acid tablets for treatment,3 months for a course of treatment,a treatment after the outcome of the evaluation,observation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms,syndrome integration,gastroscope,pathology and anxiety and depression,record the relevant data and statistical analysis.Research result1.The treatment group had 8 cases of clinical cure,7 cases were effective,10 cases were valid,5 cases were ineffective,total efficiency was 83.33%,control group had 2 cases of clinical cure,6 cases were effective,9 cases were valid,13 cases were ineffective,and total efficiency was 56.67%.There were statistical differences between the two groups.(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were seen in the treatment of two groups of cases.2.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the improvement of gastric distention,noise,tolerance and fatigue in the treatment and control groups.(p<0.05)3.In terms of histopathology,The scores of gastric mucosal atrophy in the treatment group and the control group were decreased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of intestinal metaplasia and low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia score also decreased,but the difference between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.The improvement of mental and psychological status of anxiety and depression in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Research conclusionThrough statistical analysis,it is shown that use inhibiting wood and strengthening earth method to treatment chronic atrophic gastritis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is not only a good clinical effect,but also reverse the pathological state of chronic atrophic gastritis,moreover can improve the patient’s anxiety and depression of mental and psychological status,it embodies the practicability and the popularization in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with the inhibiting wood and strengthening earth method.
