| Objective: Observation of clinical effect and safety of Sanrenliangxue decoction combing 595 nm dye laser in treatment of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach in rosacea,and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of acne rosacea.Methods: To conduct a randomized controlled trail,including 66 patients,who were randomly divided into two groups for comparison.33 observations in experimental group were treated with oral administration of Sanrenliangxue decoction combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser.While 33 observations in control group was only treated with 595 nm pulsed dye laser.Course of treatment was set as four weeks.And the evaluation will be given only after completed two courses.The patients were revisited once a week.Clinical symptom and signs scores,TCM syndrome score,DLQI score,adverse reaction and other indexes of experiment and control groups,both ex ante and et post treatment,were documented and analyzed.And to observe the recurrence rate of two groups.As for statistical analytical software,SPSS24.0 was used in this case.Result:1.Finally,amongst all 66 observations,there are 4 cases eliminated from the sample: 1case was excluded from the experimental group;3 cases was shed from the control group.There are 62 cases completed this clinic observation.Respectively on two groups of participants’ general data: gender,age,course of rosacea,and clinical data such as clinical symptom and signs scores,TCM syndrome score,DLQI score comparison,there were no statistical significant about these differences(P>0.05),which made the data in between groups comparable.2.In the 62 samples observed after treatment,the amounts of cured,marked,effective and ineffective was 3,18,9 and 2 in the experiment group;the amounts of cured,marked,effective and ineffective was 1,9,16 and 4 in the control group.Among the total effective rate,the experimental group at 93.75%;the control group at 86.67%,Finally,there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).But about the cure rate,the experimental group was 65.63%;the control group was 33.33%.The difference between two groups,in this experiment,on the cure rate was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.After the end of treatment,the scores of clinical symptom and signs of patients in two groups were significantly reduced.In both groups,the intra-group comparison of the clinical parameters showed statistically significant differences at P<0.01,alongside with the inter-group comparison statistically significant at P<0.05.The experimental group was better than the control group.4.After the end of treatment,there were significant differences of TCM syndrome scores in et post treatment in two groups and comparison between groups(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group.5.After the end of treatment,there were significantly reduced about the scores of DLQI of patients in two groups.The different in inter-group comparison appeared an even higher difference significance at P<0.01,the intra-group comparison was statically significant at P<0.05.In this sense,the experimental group presented a better result than the control group.6.Follow-up investigation after 3 months of the treatment ending demonstrated that 1patient,who once belonged to the experimental group,had a recurrence,which led recurrence rate to 4.76%;2 observations under the control group had a recurrence,made the recurrence rate of the control group being 20.00%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sanrenliangxue decoction combined with 595 nm dye laser therapy proved effective in the clinical treatment of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach in rosacea,and improving patients’ living quality.2.Sanrenliangxue decoction combined with 595 nm dye laser therapy has no obvious adverse reaction.The combination of modern laser technology and TCM syndrome differentiation treatment has the advantages of complementary,taking effect rapidly,high safety,small side effects,etc…... |
