| ObjectiveIn this study,acne of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach was treated with Acupuncture plus fire needle.By comparing the efficacy of acupuncture plus fire needle group with that of acupuncture group,the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with needle bloodletting method in the treatment of acne of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach was observed in order to find more effective clinical treatment methods.MethodsFrom December 2017 to December 2018,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and enrollment criteria of damp-heat acne in spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group used acupuncture to regulate the constitution.The main acupoints were Tianshu,Moisture,Yinjiao,Quchi,Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Yinlingquan,Zusanli and Inner Atrium.In order to strengthen the effect of acupuncture,two groups of blood letting therapy first used ear tips and Dazhui,the second Ganshu and the third Geshu,alternately using three cycles.Needle pricking and fire needle prickin.g were performed in combination with local acne on the face.The control group was treated with acupuncture and bloodletting treatment group,and the local acne on the face was mainly treated with acupuncture.Two groups of patients were treated three times a week,one day at a time,four weeks for a course of continuous treatment for two courses.Data of acne lesion,sleep quality,stress and adverse reactions were observed and recorded before and after treatment.IBM SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThe study was divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,30 cases each.In the collected cases,data were collected before and after the first treatment to test the level of alpha=0.05,P<0.05 as the difference has statistical significance.1.There was no difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no significant difference in sleep quality and stress between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that there was a comparability between the two groups before treatment.Sleep quality and stress scores were improved in both groups after treatment,P<0,05,indicating that the two methods have obvious effects in improving sleep quality and reducing stress.3.There was no significant difference in acne status between the two groups before treatment,indicating that there was comparability between the two groups.There was significant difference in acne status between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The acne score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.There were significant differences in the effective days and healing days between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective days and healing days in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group.5.The total curative effect of the two groups was divided into 4 cases of cure,15 cases of marked effect,10 cases of improvement,1 case of inefficiency,and the total effective rate was 96.6%.In the control group,1 case of recovery,7 cases of marked effect,16 cases of improvement,6 cases of inefficiency,the total effective rate was 79.96%(P<0.05),which showed that the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion1.Fire needle therapy combined with acupuncture can improve the symptoms of facial skin lesions and the state of the whole body,suggesting that the therapeutic effect of fire needle combined with acupuncture is better than that of acupuncture group,which can shorten the therapeutic time and improve the quality of life of patients.2.This study takes the damp-heat constitution of the spleen and stomach as the cause of acne.Therefore,based on the idea of invigorating the spleen and benefiting the stomach,the treatment of regulating yin-yang balance and bloodletting therapy are used to strengthen the effect of acupuncture.After two courses of treatment,it is suggested that the whole body including sleep quality and stress state of the two groups of patients have been improved. |
