Control group B adopts toxic heat ning injection treatment, the treatment group adopt the method of Kaifei Decoction combined toxic heat ning treatment, observation of three groups of children in the main symptoms and signs of recovery and the time, whether adverse reactions occur.Result: T hree groups in gender, age and disease severity in three aspects of difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), three sets of data comparable; After treatment, treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%, the total effective rate of control group A was 76.67%, the total effective rate of control group B was 86.67%, the total effective of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group A and the control group B, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Among them, the improvement manifestations and disappearing time of the three main clinical including cough, fever and shortness of breath, the treatment group of symptoms improve time and the symptom scores after treatment were less than the control group A and the control group B, indicates Kaifei Decoction combining toxic heat treatment has significant clinical effect. No adverse reactions were observed in the three groups in clinic.Conclusion: Kaifei decoction combined Reduning treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(wind heat closed lungs) has significant curative effect, the fever, cough, asthma promote improvement time and other aspects in the curative effect is better than that of simple azithromycin treatment, is better than that of pure Reduning Injection in the treatment of, high safety, suitable for clinical application and promotion.
