| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Pinggan Xingfeng Tongluo in treating primary migraine in children by observing the clinical effect of Pinggan Xingfeng Tongluo and sorting out the related literature of migraine.Methods: In this experiment 60 children with primary migraine(liver yang hyperactivity syndrome)were divided into 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Gastrodia elata Gouteng decoction for 2 days and 3 times a day for 1 month.Results:The results of statistical analysis showed that :(1)After treatment,the experimental group and the control group were able to control the number of migraine attacks,shorten the duration,relieve the degree of attack and improve the accompanying symptoms,and the clinical efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.(2)Analysis of the effect of migraine,the total effective rate was 90% in the experimental group and 66.66% in the control group the control group was 66.66%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group improving the effect of migraine.(3)Analysis of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate was 86.66% in the experimental group and 63.33% in the control group of the control group was 63.33%,which showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM syndromes.Conclusion: The self-made prescription based on the principle of Pinggan Xifeng Tongluo is effective in the treatment of children with primary migraine(hyperactivity of liver yang),which can obviously alleviate the pain and no adverse reactions.This treatment can be popularized and applied to provide an effective treatment for children with primary migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang. |
