Objective: The clinical effectiveness and safety of Wang’s headache decoction in patients with migraine headache,and provide detailed and reliable basis for the clinical promotion and application of Wang’s headache decoction.Methods: Selected 60 patients with Liver yang hypersyndrome migraine in the Department of Neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,according to the random number table method,the experimental group and control group were 30 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with Wang’s headache decoction combined with flurarizine hydrochloride capsule,and the control group was treated with Danzhen headache capsule combined with flurarizine hydrochloride capsule,the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The quantitative score changes before and 4 weeks after treatment were evaluated separately in the two groups.To compare the total clinical response rate after 4 weeks of treatment.The change in the score was compared after 4 weeks of treatment and at 1 month after the end of treatment.The two groups should compare the quantitative score changes at 1 month after the end of treatment to observe the long-term efficacy of the two groups.Results: 1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the quantitative score of TCM syndrome score and headache score in the two groups were significantly lower than that of this group(P <0.05),and the quantitative score of patients in the test group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05);2.There was no significant difference between the TCM syndrome score and headache score at the first month after treatment and the score after 4 weeks of treatment(P> 0.05);3.At the follow-up time of 1 month,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05);4.The total clinical response rate of the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wang’s headache decoction and flurarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of Liver yang hypersyndrome migraine is clear,which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of migraine,and the long-term curative effect is lasting.
