Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of easy jar combined with acupuncture on facial paralysis(Wind-Cold type).2.To explore the theoretical basis of the treatment of facial paralysis based on Tongyu and regulating collateral method.3.To explore the correlation between the temperature difference of the healthy side and the clinical effect. Methods: In this study,72 patients with facial paralysis were selected as the research objects. All the patients with facial paralysis met the corresponding standards. The facial paralysis of these patients was of wind-cold type and came from the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the surrounding communities of Changchun. These 72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,in the treatment group to take acupuncture therapy and can therapy; In the control group, only acupuncture therapy was taken. The operation of acupuncture therapy applied in the two groups was basically the same.In the operation process, the acupuncture manipulations in the acute stage should be light, and the acupuncture at the facial acupoints after the acute stage, the convalescence stage and the sequelae stage should be compressed. Can therapy: after the acute stage, can walking therapy was performed, and acupuncture therapy was performed 10 minutes after the end of can therapy. The control group and treatment group acupuncture treatment method were the same.Treatment course: a week for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 6 days a week, acupuncture once a day, easy pot therapy on the 8th day of treatment, once every 3days,rest for a day on the weekend before continuing to the next course of treatment,a total of 4 courses(28 days),if the patient meets the cure standard, the treatment can end in advance.During the treatment process, the treatment effects of facial paralysis in the two groups were analyzed before treatment,on the 7th and the 14 th day of treatment and after treatment, and the facial nerve function scale(House-Brackmann),TCM symptom score and infrared thermal imaging were analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.06%and 90.91% respectively, indicating that there was a certain statistical value in the comparison between the results of the two groups(P < 0.05).2.The intra-group comparison of the two groups showed that for facial paralysis with wind-cold syndrome, the difference in the grading of H-B facial nerve function and the temperature difference on both sides of the face of the patients were improved after treatment in the two groups, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.The significant difference of temperature on both sides of the face of patients with facial paralysis(Wind-Cold type)was found on the 14 th day of treatment and after treatment, and the difference was significant.4.The treatment durations of the two groups were 22.06±4.24 days and 29.15±6.52 days, respectively, and there was significant difference between the treatment durations of the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with easy pot therapy in facial paralysis with wind-cold syndrome is more prominent than that of single acupuncture therapy.2.The treatment time of acupuncture and easy pot in the treatment of facial paralysis with the wind-cold syndrome is shorter than that of single acupuncture treatment.3.The temperature change of the healthy side of the patients with facial paralysis(Wind-Cold type)increases with the cure of the disease, therefore the use of infrared thermal imaging technology to detect the temperature of the healthy side of the patient can be of great significance to the judgment of the condition and clinical guidance.
