Purpose:The purpose of this research is to through the clinical observation of acute facial paralysis in patients with type(cold attack collaterals)oral nutrition nerve drugs on the basis of the acute phase after intervention more shallow needle thorn,acute phase step in conventional acupuncture with acute period not intervene more shallow needle thorn,after the acute phase in conventional acupuncture treatment of curative effect comparison,comparative analysis with the result of two groups of treatment,in order to explore out the best timing and the best treatment of facial paralysis acupuncture,provide effective methods for clinical treatment of patients with facial paralysis.Method:The criteria for inclusion criteria were screened for patients with facial paralysis treated in our hospital.The principle of random lottery was divided into two groups,each with 36 cases.In the treatment group,the first course of treatment was multi-acupuncture and superficial acupuncture,and the latter two courses were used for routine acupuncture treatment,and the whole process was taken by oral nutrition neurodrugs.In the control group,the first course of treatment was not acupuncture,and the latter two treatment groups were treated with the same oral nutrition neurodrugs.7 days for one course of treatment,three courses of treatment were successively treated,and the scores of the facial nerve functions of the two groups were evaluated by the House-Brachmann(h-b)table and the Portmann scoring standard,and the results were compared between the two groups.Results:After three courses of treatment,36 cases were cured and 17 cases were cured,accounting for 47.2%.13 cases showed effect,accounting for 36.1%.Effective 4 cases,accounting for 11.1%;2 cases were invalid,accounting for 5.59%;The total effective rate was 94.49%.In the control group,36 cases were cured,10 cases were cured,27.8%,and 14 cases showed significant effect,accounting for 38.9%,effective 5 cases,13.9%,invalid 7 cases,19.40%,and 80.6%of the total effective rate.P<0.05 was statistically analyzed in the two groups,and the therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,the treatment group more shallow needle thorn in acute stage cold attack type complex effect of the treatment of facial paralysis was better than control group,two groups of patients had a remarkable difference in curative effect,more shallow needle thorn in acute stage cold attack type winding the treatment of facial paralysis is worth affirmation and promote in the clinical practice.
