Study On The Clinical Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Refractory Hypertension (Phlegm-blood Stasis Mutual Obstruction,collateral-wind Internal Movement Syndrome)

Objective: By observing the curative effect of Qianyang Jiedu Tongluo decoction with Western medicine in the treatment of refractory hypertension(phlegm-blood stasis mutual obstruction,collateral-wind internal movement syndrome),this study explored its clinical effectiveness and safety,and provide new clinical ideas and methods for the discriminatory use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of refractory hypertension.Method: 72 patients with refractory hypertension were screened from all the patients with refractory hypertension attending the outpatient clinic and treatment area of the cardiology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups of 36 patients each.There were no statistical differences in gender,age and educational level between the two groups.The patients in the control group were given a daily target dose of the base treatment drug:hydrochlorothiazide tablets(made by Zhejiang Wanbang Pharmaceutical Co.LTD)12.5mg/day,levamlodipine besylate tablets(made by Shihuida Pharmaceutical Group Co.LTD)5mg/ day,perindopril tablets(made by Schviya Tianjin Pharmaceutical Co.LTD)8mg/day or those who cannot tolerate perindopril can choose irbesartan tablets(made by Hangzhou Sanofi-Aventis Minsheng Pharmaceutical Co.LTD)0.3g/ day,metoprolol succinate extended release tablets(Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals LTD)47.5mg/day,metoprolol succinate extended release tablets may be given at the discretion of the heart rate with a target dose of 95mg/day.On the basis of the control group,The patients in the treatment group were added with Qianyang Jiedu Tongluo decoction(selfheal20g,red ochre 30 g,concha haliotidis 30 g,coptis 15 g,the root of red-rooted salvia15 g,gentian 15 g,rasix paeoniae rubra 15 g,radix achyranthis bidentatae 20 g,rhizoma alismatis 15 g,lumbricus 10g),which was taken orally twice a day in the morning and in the evening.The treatment time of both the treatment group and the control group was 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect was objectively evaluated by observing the decline of SBP and DBP,TCM syndrome score and efficacy evaluation of patients in the two groups.Results: After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group SBP and DBP were lower than the control group,the efficacy of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The combination of western medicine with Qianyang Jiedu Tongluo decoction for the treatment of refractory hypertension(phlegm-blood stasis mutual obstruction,collateral-wind internal movement syndrome),can increase the rate of lowering blood pressure,improve the Chinese medicine symptoms of patients,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
