Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia With Gegenqinlian Granules(Dampness-heat Type)

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Gegen Qinlian Granule(Gegen Qinlian Granule)in patients with hyperlipemia.Methods:72 patients with hyperlipidemia(damp-heat spleen type)who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases and control group 36 cases,the treatment group was given Gegen Qinlian granule combined with Atto vastatin calcium tablet orally,the control group was given Atto vastatin calcium tablet orally,and the two groups were compared before and after treatment with TCM syndrome score and laboratory index changes,And then use the statistical software SPSS20.0 to carry on the statistical analysis,thus objectively evaluate the curative effect and the safety of Gegen Qinlian granule on the patients with hyperlipidemia with damp-heat spleen accumulation.Results:A total of 70 cases completed this clinical observation trial,One case of abscission in the treatment group,In the control group,No adverse reactions occurred.Statistical analysis,With regard to TC、TG and LDL-C improvements,The difference between the treatment group and the control group was obvious before and after treatment,It proved that the lipid lowering effect of the two groups was significant,The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.29%,The total effective rate in the control group was 88.57%,There was no difference between the two groups,It proved that the two groups were effective,But in improving patient TG,Compared with the control group P<0.05,prove that the treatment group is more effective.In terms of improving TCM symptoms,There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment,It shows that both groups can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rates of the two groups were 91.43%in the treatment group,Control group 74.29%,Upon examination,There was a difference in efficiency between the two groups,To improve the symptoms of TCM,The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Based on the clinical observation of Gegen Qinlian Granule in the treatment of hyperlipidemia(damp-heat accumulation spleen type),it is concluded that Gegen Qinlian Granule can effectively improve the blood lipid level of patients with hyperlipidemia(damp-heat accumulation spleen type),especially in the improvement of abdominal distension,limb distress,facial dirt,thirst and drink less,loose food,stool,abdominal distention,nausea and nausea and other TCM symptoms.Therefore,the overall safety and effectiveness of this test.
