Based On Meta-analysis And Retrospective Research To Investigate The Efficacy And Medication Rules Of Method Of Yiqihuoxue Of Angina Pectoris In Coronary Heart Disease

Research purpose:1.To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yiqi and Huoxue therapy in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris from 2010 to 2022 by meta-meta-analysis,The results of literature retrieval were analyzed and compared to provide evidence-based medical evidence for objective evaluation of the clinical application of Yiqi and Huoxue method in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.2.Use retrospective analysis to study the efficacy of the application of qi and blood circulation method of the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Provide theoretical support for clinical treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method:1.Meta analysis:The randomized controlled trials(RCTS)on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with Yiqi and Huoxuoxia method published in PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP periodical database and other literature databases from 2010to 2022 were searched through computer network,Rev Man 5.3 was used for meta-analysis.2.Retrospective analysis:The outpatient prescriptions and ward prescriptions of Professor Li Yang in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation from 2021to 2022 were collected,The clinical effect of Professor Li Yang on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis was analyzed retrospectively,To explore Professor Li Yang’s clinical application of Yiqi and Huoxue method in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Result:1.Meta analysis:1.1 In terms of total clinical response rate,there were 117 studies reporting clinical efficacy,Because the heterogeneity test showed statistical heterogeneity among the studies(I2=17%,P=0.06),the random effect model was used for meta-analysis,and the results showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(RR=0.15,95%CI:0.14-0.17,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the total effective rate of Yiqi Huoxue method is high,and it can effectively treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris.1.2 In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,39 studies reported clinical efficacy.Since heterogeneity test showed no statistical heterogeneity among studies(I2=0%,P=0.97),fixed-effect model was used for meta-analysis,and the results showed that Shexiangbaoxin pill combined with conventional western medicine treatment was significantly better than the control group(RR=0.20,95%CI:0.17-0.23,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the method of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation could obviously improve the symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation and palpitation.1.3 In terms of angina onset time,28 studies reported clinical efficacy.Because heterogeneity test showed statistical heterogeneity among studies(I2=100%,P<0.01),MD was selected as the pooled effect size,and random effect model was used for meta-analysis.The results showed that the curative effect of Shexiang B ao Xin wan combined with conventional western medicine was significantly better than that of the control group(MD=-2.31,95%CI:-2.76～-1.87,P<0.01).The results showed that the method of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation could significantly reduce the duration of angina pectoris.1.4 In terms of the number of angina attacks,31 studies reported clinical efficacy.Because heterogeneity test showed statistical heterogeneity among studies(I2=100%,P<0.01),MD was selected as the pooled effect size,and random effect model was used for meta-analysis.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with conventional western medicine was significantly better than that of the control group(MD=-5.54,95%CI:-7.58-3.49,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.The results show that the method of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris and effectively treat angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.2.Retrospective analysis:2.1 General situation analysisThe use of statistical methods to organize and analyze patients incorporating patients from several aspects such as gender,age,disease course,treatment effect,and medication rules.2.2 Therapeutic effect analysis2.2 Analysis of treatment and efficacyBefore and after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome was 16.19±2.74 before treatment and 7.73±2.55 after treatment,Z=9.905,P<0.001,and the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the method of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Omparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points before and after treatment.Before the treatment,the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine was 16.19 ± 2.74 points.After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was 7.73 ±2.55 points.It shows that the qi activation method can effectively reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.2.3 Medication analysisInternal Medicine of Our Academy uses Yiqi blood confident drugs is astragalus,Codonopsis→Zhigancao,which indicates that the qi and blood circulation is mainly based on astragalus and Codonopsis.Clinical clinical can effectively treat angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Conclusion:1.Through Meta-analysis,it is found that the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis by invigorating Qi and activating blood has high clinical efficiency,which can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,shorten the angina attack time and reduce the angina attack times.Compared with western medicine alone,the treatment effect of superimposed Yiqi and Huoxue formulas is more obvious,with high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.2.Through the retrospective analysis,it is found that the qi and blood circulation can significantly reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points of patients with angina pectoris,improve the total effective efficiency of treatment,and analyze and summarize the high-frequency medication and the highfrequency medication of coronary he art disease with Coronary heart disease with the rules of drug associations.The use of drugs is used to better guide clinical medication.
