Clinical Observation About The Efficacy Of Shugan Jiangni Decoction On Reflux Esophagitis (Liver And Stomach Heat Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective: The study aimed to act a clinical observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Jiangni Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(liver and stomach heat stagnation syndrome),and to provide clinical reference for the differentiation and treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 72 patients diagnosed with RE(liver and stomach heat stagnation syndrome)were selected from outpatients who came to the Spleen and Gastric Diseases Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of yunnan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021.They were divided into two groups by random number method,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Shugan Jiangni Decoction,and the opponent was given Pantoprazole sodium enteric capsules for 8 weeks.The TCM symptom scores and gastroscopy scores were recorded before and after treatment really,and the differences were compared and analyzed.Results: 68 patients completed the study,including 35 in the treatment group and 33 in the control group.1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.43% and 78.79%,and the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM single symptom scores after treatment:TCM single symptom score of both groups was improved after treatment(P < 0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more improved than that of the opponent in relieving acid reflux,retrosternal burning,noisy hunger,irritability,dry mouth bitter mouth and constipation(P< 0.05),both groups had the same effect on alleviating the symptom of dilatation(P>0.05).3.Comparison of endoscopic scores after treatment: After treatment,endoscopic scores of both groups decreased(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores: Anxiety scores after treatment were lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the opponent(P < 0.05).5.During the treatment,vital signs and relevant laboratory indicators of patients in both groups were normal,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions: Shugan Jiangni Decoction has an obvious effect in the treatment of RE(liver and stomach heat stagnation syndrome),which is more significant than pantoprazole enteric capsule.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve patients’ irritability,and repair the esophageal mucosa with good safety,and can be used as a reference drug in the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis(liver and stomach heat stagnation syndrome).
