Clinical Observation On Treating Reflux Esophagitis With Stagnation Of Liver And Stomach With Xierezhisuan Decoction And Pantoprazole

Objective: This subject aims to observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Xierezhisuan Decoction combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules on reflux esophagitis(stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach),and is a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of reflux esophagus Inflammation(the syndrome of stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach)provides a new basis.Methods: A total of 80 outpatients from Gastroenterology dept of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who met the enrollment criteria were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given pantoprazole sodium enteric capsules(20 mg,1 in the morning and 1 before going to bed at night),the treatment group was combined with the control group on the basis of the control group combined with Xierezhisuan Decoction(1 dose a day,3 times a day,boiled water Brew 150 ml,warm after meal),the course of treatment is 4 weeks.By comparing the clinical symptoms and general conditions before and after treatment,understand the effectiveness and safety of the drug.Result:1.Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,and symptom score of the two study groups were statistically analyzed P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and clinical analysis and comparison can be performed.2.In terms of total effective rate,in the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was 94.59%,and the control group was 71.05%;in the curative effect of RDQ syndromes,the treatment group was 86.49%,and the control group was 63.16%.The difference was statistically signifissant at P<0.05.The total effective rate of the group is better than that of the control group.3.In terms of the total score of individual symptoms,the symptoms of the two groups were improved before and after treatment(P<0.05),In terms of acid reflux,noisy,distending pain in hypochondrium,and bitter taste,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of recurrence rate,a telephone follow-up was conducted 4 weeks after the end of treatment.The results showed that 8 patients in the treatment group relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 21.62%;18 patients in the control group recurred,with a recurrence rate of 47.37%,P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.5.During the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and the safety indicators were normal.Conclusion: Xierezhisuan Decoction combined with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules can effectively relieve the symptoms of reflux esophagitis,with high safety and low recurrence rate.It has more advantages than using pantoprazole capsules alone and is worthy of clinical promotion.
