Study On The Development Of Behavioral Intention Questionnaire For ICU Nurses Implementing ECASH Program

Objective:Behavioral intention questionnaire for ICU nurses implementing the eCASH program was prepared,which is used for the analysis of ICU nurses implementing the behavioral intention and influencing factors.Nursing managers use it to take on measures to improve ICU nurses’behavioral intention pushing eCASH program implementation,to optimize the analgesia and sedation management of ICU patients and promote comfort.Methods:Based on the theory of planned behavior,this study used qualitative interview method to interview ICU medical staff and patients to build a primary item pool.The initial questionnaire was constructed by Delphi method.Through a small sample survey of some ICU nurses,the language structure of the questionnaire was modified.Through the questionnaire survey of ICU nurses in four top three hospitals in Jilin Province,the questionnaire was tested.SPSS 26.0 software was used to process the data,analyze the items and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results:After the qualitative interview,48 items from 4 dimensions were built as the primary item pool.After sorting out the two rounds of Delphis,a total of 35 items were formed as the initial questionnaire.After the formal investigation,the project analysis results showed that:Cr values ranged from 8.381 to 17.802,Pearson correlation coefficients ranged from 0.494 to 0.725,total Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.954,the concomitant ranged from 0.271 to 0.524,the factor load ranged from 0.520 to 0.724,keep 35 entries.Validity analysis,KMO value of 0.912,Bartlett’s spherical χ~2 test values of 11031.750,freedom value is 595((49)(27)0.05).After three EFA,5 common factors were picked up,and the cumulative explanatory variables were 71.786%.Two items were deleted,and 33 items were retained.In the content validity analysis,the S-CVI/UA value was 0.97,the-S.CVI/AVE value was 0.958,and the I-CVI value range of each item was 0.867～1.The reliability analysis,the questionnaire total Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.953;Spearman-Brown half was 0.810.The Guttman split-half was0.805.The retest reliability was 0.941.Conclusion:The Behavioral Intention Questionnaire for ICU Nurses to Implement eCASH Program has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for investigating ICU nurses’behavioral intention.It’s also helpful for nursing managers to analyze the influencing factors of implementing eCASH.
