Objective: Summarize Professor Zhao Dexi’s core traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of migraine and their medication rules, and preliminarily explore the potential targets and mechanisms of the core traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of migraine.Methods:1.Cases that met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion were included in the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhao Dexi of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020.Use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5 to analyze the basic information of cases, summarize the rules of medication, and explore the core Chinese medicine for the treatment of migraine by the instructor.2.Screen the active ingredients and corresponding targets of drugs in the TCMSP database based on the network pharmacology method, screen the disease targets in the Gene Cards database, use Cytoscape 3.8 software to construct a component-target network;use the STRING protein database website to make a protein interaction network diagram,And import the results into Cytoscape 3.8 software to screen key targets.Using Rgui 3.6.2software,GO function analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis of potential targets were performed to speculate the mechanism of action of core Chinese medicines in the treatment of migraine.Results:1.The study finally included 160 cases that met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion, including 107 women(66.88%)and 53 men(33.12%).The highest prevalence is between31-40 years old.2.The most common medical records included are liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome and liver depression transforming fire syndrome.Among them, the clinical manifestations of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome are unilateral headache, headache with fullness and pain, combined with nausea, vomiting, depression or irritability, good rest, lack of appetite, poor appetite, loose stools, white tongue coating or Symptoms such as greasy, stringy pulse or thinning;Liver depression and fire syndrome are mainly unilateral headache, headache with throbbing pain, combined with swelling pain or burning pain in two hypoches, dry mouth, bitter mouth, red face, red eyes, and nausea Poor, tinnitus, dreaminess, yellow or short red urine, red tongue,or red thorns on the side, yellow dry tongue coating, pulse string and other symptoms.3.Professor Zhao Dexi’s outpatient treatment of migraines is mainly tonic drugs, followed by anti-surface drugs, clearing away heat, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The four qi are mainly warm, cold, and flat, and the five flavors are mainly pungent, sweet, and bitter. The spleen-stomach meridian is the most commonly used drug for the meridian, and all meridian drugs are involved.4.According to the results of data mining and the opinions of the supervisor, the core traditional Chinese medicines used for mechanism research are Pinellia,Licorice,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Jujube,Codonopsis,Ginger,Atractylodes,Poria,Dragon Bone,Oyster,Polygala,Shichangpu. It was named HJZTF.5.The core Chinese medicine contains key active ingredients such as quercetin, kaempferol, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol.It has biological functions such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and has a regulatory effect on multiple pathways. There are 89 potential targets for migraine treatment,of which CXCL8,TP53,EGFR,MAPK3,RELA,MAPK14,and JUN are the key targets of core Chinese medicine for migraine treatment.6.Through GO analysis, core traditional Chinese medicines mainly affect the activity of neurotransmitter receptors, phosphatase binding, and dopamine neurotransmitter receptors by participating in reactive oxygen metabolism, oxidative stress response and other biological processes in membrane rafts, membrane microdomains, etc. And other molecular functions,so as to play a therapeutic role.7.Through KEGG analysis, the main signaling pathways of core Chinese medicines are TNF signaling pathway,Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway, and NF-κB signaling pathway. Conclusion:The most common migraine patients in the outpatient department of Professor Zhao Dexi are liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and liver stagnation to transform fire syndrome. In clinical treatment, the main drugs are tonic, followed by anti-epidermic and heat-clearing drugs. The core Chinese medicines are Pinellia,Licorice,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Jujube,Codonopsis,Ginger,Atractylodes,Poria,Keel,Oyster,Polygala,Shichangpu, and its key active ingredients are quercetin, kaempferol, stigmasterol and β-Sitosterol,which mainly acts on key targets such as CXCL8,TP53,EGFR,MAPK3,RELA,MAPK14,JUN,etc.,by regulating TNF signaling pathway,TOLL-like receptor signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway and other related pathways play a role in the treatment of migraine.
